I used Sanctuary Spa Body Scrub all over, except for my face and neck.
For the past 3 days I’ve experienced excessive itchiness, redness and burning in all the places where I used this product. It has woken me every night with burning and itching.

The packaging is different, so I wonder if the ingredients have been changed. I’ve not had problems in the past with this product.

I've used the Lily & Rose shower oil twice now, but I will not use it again as I have suffered from very itchy skin that was so itchy that I've never experienced before. Also my skin came out in hives and spots. I was also surprised that it was made in Thailand as I thought it was a British company.

I bought the wellness heat balm with ginger. Its so warming but do not do what i did and use it in sensitive areas! Use with caution avoiding face , behind. the knees and other more sensitive places. When used with care, its lovely . I recommend a patch test.

I am a bit surprised at some of the awful reviews about the quality of these products. Though I have been happy with the quality, I have to say that out of all proportion to the number of items I have bought through different channels, the wrappings have been inferior in that they have come away from the container.
Furthermore, the pump action and the other means of getting the product out, lead me to wonder what is going wrong as I usually have to take the top off to get at the product.
I contacted Spa and they were not interested as I could not explain adequately what was wrong with getting the oil out without taking the top off.
I actually had to send one back as it had leaked all over the packaging.
There must be other comparable shower oils on the market and it is to these that I will now turn. Probably cheaper and more polite customer care.

I received the Sanctuary Spa warming body balm and within seconds it started burning. I have never experienced pain like this. The only thing that eased this pain was to stand under a cold shower. Please don't recommend this product to ANYONE.

What has happened to the Sanctuary Spa body lotion I have used this for many years it has always kept my skin smooth until they changed it to a “ultra rich” lotion my skin is now dry & the lotion does not seem to go on well..

There is something very wrong with the Destress Warming Balm. I put a small amount on and within seconds my skin was burning. Not tingling, full on "I think I'm in trouble here" burning. I'm contacting the company directly with a complaint. This product should not be allowed on the shelves.

De-stress warming body balm. Please read the warning first - I had to have a cool shower 3 minutes after putting this on. I have sensitive skin and was expecting a warm lavender sensation but it was like tiger balm on steroids.

I was given a beautiful gift set of Sanctuary products. The body lotion has caused severe itching and heat bumps! Such a shame as I love the scent.

Love my sanctuary products, but one moan is that the bottle tops for shower gels and creams is its so damn hard to squeeze out.

Only used a small amount and it was worse than deep heat, tried to wash it off that didn't help.

Absolutely awful, I love the sleep spray mist and bath salts so I purchased the warming sleep balm. I started to burn terribly after secons of applying this, I applied to wrists, base of the back and neck, I had to jump back in the shower. All the areas of skin that had touched the balm where bright red and felt like they where on fire...its not like a deep heat, its like a chemical burn! Avoid!!!

I'm not exactly a seasoned Trustpilot user. But let me tell you, after the rollercoaster ride I just had, I couldn't resist sharing my thoughts. So here it is, my one and only review on trustpilot: avoid this product like the plague. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

My girlfriend purchased this item from TK Maxx out of curiosity. However, to my dismay, she insisted on testing its scent on me first. After a brief two-minute arm massage, I glanced at her and asked if this product was truly intended for the body. Suddenly, my arms began to heat up intensely, as if they were pressed against a radiator set to its highest temperature all day long.

Despite my discomfort, she accused me of exaggerating, so I reciprocated by applying the same product to her arms. Both of us ended up frantically dousing our arms with Sanex and freezing cold water, hoping to alleviate the burning sensation. Regrettably, these attempts proved futile. We reached the realization that all we could do was wait it out. So, we lay on the bed, careful not to touch each other, without any tops or covers, as even the slightest movement caused excruciating discomfort akin to severe sunburn.

I am on fire!!
I am a hairdresser who often (more so than not) experiences back cramps, muscle pains and much much more… I was gifted this for my birthday for that exact reason. So today, on a painfully busy day I got home and thought, why not?
I applied a bit to my shoulders first, and decided that it seems okay so I applied to my back, hips and also feet…
Oh do I wish I waited longer because very soon after my body was ablaze as though I had rubbed in petrol and decided to light myself on fire!
This feeling is so uncomfortably painful I feel as though there is no end to this endless amount of torture that is happening on my skin. And better yet! From where I applied this hell like cream my hands burn more than when i clamped my hair straighteners on my finger rather than the clients hair! And that was a 3rd degree burn!!!

I have tried to shower this lava off but that seemed to only make it worse! I tried to reverse the effect by using deep freeze cream but that was as useful as an ice cube in fire!
I am super disappointed, as a sanctuary spa lover I really expected my work pains to be washed away and a long over due night of relaxation to start! HECK NO.
this is a pure traumatising experience.

This body balm shocked me.my skin burned after just 1 min.i got back in the shower hoping it will help.got worse.i could feel my skin melting.in 34 years,i've never felt such a burning sensation.not even from the sun.AVOID it,girls !

The de stress warming body balm did completely the opposite as it burnt my legs. 3 hours later and I’m still in a world of pain. I stayed in a cold shower for 30 mins and it still won’t stop burning. How is this product still for sale? AVOID AVOID AVOID
