my skin isn't sensitive and this burnt my legs within a minute. Horrendous - washed my legs in bath immediately but it didn't wear off. My legs red, swollen and burnt.

Hi. I have a friend that loves your products. I decided to buy some for each of my friends. My daughter in law and myself for Christmas...I bought one large set and the others including mine were signature collection body wash and body lotion 150ml each bottle. I love the smell. My Daughter in law commented on it too....however. I felt I needed to let you know I am finding the bottle/container very hard to manage...ut takes me 2 hands to get anything out of the container as it is so hard....incidentally my daughter in law agreed with me and said she had to remove the lid to get the product out...she is only 33....I love your product but don't think I'd buy again due to the difficulties with the plastic bottle.

The warming body balm had a burning effect on my skin. I used it according to the instructions but it was quite an intense burning sensation. It is a bit like Deep Heat. So use with caution. I have stopped using it after two tries, this product wasn't for me.

Well I read the instructions.
Put some on my aching knees that's night. They were burning hot.
I expected something like red tiger balm but its way hotter than that!
Was very distracting for at least half an hour until the intensity wore off.
I've woken up this morning and the WHOLE of me is hot!
I will be glad when it wesrs off and will stick to tiger balm in future....

This stuff is amazing BUT YES it does burn but that all depends on how much you use. I made a mistake once by not reading the instructions and used it all over my legs, thighs as a moisturiser my god I was sat in cold water in the bath and I was still on fire. Anyway just be careful, use a little amount and gradually increase so your body/skin gets use to it. Also like me never shave or wax your body and use it it hurts! Finally avoid using after a hot bath or shower very uncomfortable. These have been all tried on me hope it prevents anyone from burning themselves - overall I would still recommend and give it 5 stars because it’s good for aches and pain. I use before bed and it drifts me off to sleep.

This product is not a nice warming experience....it burns...Avon, you need to recall it

Seriously folks approach using de stress body balm with caution. This was a Christmas present for my daughter as part of a gift set. I tried it first (thank god!) I followed instructions and used it as directed, wow, within minutes I was cold flanneling my body down to try and ease the burn. It was not a warming feeling my skin was on fire.

I suffer from Fibromyalgia and I’m finding the DE-STRESS WARMING BODY BALM AND THE OTHER SLEEP PRODUCTS VERY VERY HELPFUL. THE BEST PRODUCTS I’VE EVER USED.

ALL THOSE PEOPLE WRITING NEGATIVE COMMENTS ITS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

I HOPE YOU WILL NOT DISCONTINUE THESE PRODUCTS AFTER ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FROM PEOPLE WHO NEVER BOTHER TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Bought a gift set of shower burst and hand cream. All of which burn the skin. used the hand cream, which at first felt ok. I had obviously touched my face afterwards and had an allergic reaction on my eyelid.
Sanctuary have obviously changed their ingredients which are adversely affecting skin.
Wouldn’t recommend!

Used this and ended up burning all over swollen and in hospital for seven hours

New packaging for Shower Cream is not good. It is a difficult shape to hold when hands are wet and impossible to get the cream out. Just so awkward, also the container is too hard. Will not buy again. Why change a good product that already worked well?!

Please do not use the de-stress warming body balm! After being on my skin for 2 minutes I had to get in a cold bath as the burning was so unbearable!

Could potentially be used like a deep heat but should NOT be used like a moisturiser

At the very least ensure a test is done first on a small area of skin

This balm is absolutely horrendous I got it for Xmas and it burns like hell absolutely awful I wasn't prepared for how hot it would get I tried to wash it off but it burnt more my arms are bright red . absolutely horrible product I feel like I have chemical type heat on my skin avoid at all costs I am not exaggerating it is horrendous

IT BURNS!!! I Slathered this all over my body and within 2 minutes I was on fire. It feels scolding like a chemical burn. Took a cold shower and it made things worse it just moved the burning sensation to other regions!!!! It doesn't let up and once the burning begins you just have to suffer in pain for what seems like forever. Perhaps you could use this in some kind of military chemical warfare situation or as an alterative to water boarding during torture interventions? Perhaps take a tube when you go camping and circle your tent to ward off grizzly bears?

I like all the products. And I READ INSTRUCTIONS before use any product thing that probably people from these reviews.
The warm lotion CAN'T BE USED after a hit shower and on irritated skin.
Too easy blame someone else for your distraction.

Put it on after a shower and I’m burning, I’ve never felt pain like it! Trying to constantly take cold showers and hoping it’ll be fine soon. Any advice???

I came in here to write about my experience, and I'm horrified by everyone else having the same extremely bad experience with this product! What is happening? Why is this product still on the market? I had burns all over my body, big red patches and I had to call the emergency. I immersed myself in a cold bath and I cried through the pain. I've never been to hell but I'm sure that is what it must feel like! It is not warming, its BURNING!!!! Avoid!!! I just can't believe this is being sold.

Used the body lotion. I am on fire! Not pleasant at all. Lasted about half an hour. Awful experience.
