Was a problem with back order fabric and had to change to something different 2 times which has prolonged my order.

Fast shipping

I submitted my order Nov 5th. Customer service contacted me to verify I was ordering the correct product since special order, which I appreciated. I was provided notification of order status update on Nov 7th showing it was "awaiting shipment." Not seeing any changes to order status, I reached out to customer service Nov 12 and was told I would have tracking week of Nov 17. Nov 18 was informed of another delay with shipping and order would not be fullfilled until Dec 2. I checked the status of the order again Dec 3 (a month after submitting order) and still showing "awaiting shipment".

Easy to identify parts, fast delivery

Customer service was superb, they help me fine my exact awning replacement, they also double verified by email to make sure about the measurements. Excellent experience, I highly recommend them!

Right part number was sent, but it's obviously the wrong part in the packaging. Doesn't match the online layout picture at all. I have no idea what the part I received goes to. I'll have to call during whatever their business hours are tomorrow to deal with the hassle of the return process, and hopefully get the correct part soon. Packaging was good, but good god....almost $50 for two small pieces of plastic in an oversized cardboard box -- seriously?

There was no issue with the product or shipping/delivery and also I had help from the nice people at Carefree to make sure I would purchase the right product for my awning - no problems there. I did have problems with the instruction. It was just as bad as those from China. The instruction to convert a manual awning to electric is awful. It's mostly pictures which are very difficult to decipher and no wording to explain how to put this motor assembly to the rest of the awning. What took me about 4 hours to figure it out, should have taken about half hour. Once I figured it out, then it was easy. It's hard to believe that a company like Carefree of Colorado doesn't have good written instruction and/orvideos available to help consumers like me to install a conversion kit like that one I purchased, hence, reason for the poor review.

Ordered one afternoon and it arrived the next morning.
