Prompt response to emails. I would prefer being able to talk to a representative instead of having to wait for email response.

The party that I ordered was wrong, not their fault but I want to say not mine either, it looked right in the picture and it was the only one I could find. My disappointment lies with the restocking fee, I really don't think it is a big deal to put it back on the shelf. Plus I had to pay the shipping.

I had very prompt email responses. Taylor went above and beyond. I had a part that was missing a serial# because the sun had faded the sticker. Taylor sent me details on what he needed me to provide and was able to identify the part I needed. To top it off I received the website link to order it! I ordered the part and had it delivered in a few days. Great customer service!

The site is a little stilted when trying to find models.

I found the site to be hard to navigate. A pitcher of the parts would be helpful as I will not be Shure, I ordered the wight part until it gets here.

Very helpful with figuring out what I needed. On the other end I bought the shock and hardware kits each and received both much to my surprise the shock seems normal and price a little high but not to bad but a small bag of mounting hardware with a couple pins and small plastic pieces for 48$ is an extreme rip off. I could get these items at any hardware store for a few dollars. I don’t know how you can consider this a fair price. I will be reaching out and returning these.

i was able to find the missing piece for my awning at the website. there are diagrams and part numbers. the item shipped quickly and worked as needed.

My awning ripped while on a 110 day trip. I had 18 days before entering Canada and the web site said 1-1.5 weeks. It’s going to be 3 weeks and no one will help get it to me before enter Canada. No one will ship it overnight or 2 day to me. “Can’t expedite”. Nice answer. I will be leaving a week from today to enter Canada for a month and really hope my ripped awning that is zip tied to my rv will hold. $1000 awning and CareFree could care less about helping me at all. If someone would actually tell to be (will only email) that would have been nice.

The service from RVCAREFREE was outstanding. They did everything possible to find the part I needed. The communication via email and a cellphone call to assist me was world-class. I will be happy to work with them again!
