It is NOT 5 to 7 business day for…

It is NOT 5 to 7 business day for delivery its closer to 30 days. Also if there is a holiday they close the whole week not just that day. So Add that to your 30 days one week for every 1 day of holiday. Im Mexican and I NEVER heard of a company take a week off for 5 de Mayo. WTH! 🤦🏽‍♂️

We normally resolve order issues within 1–2 business days. Unfortunately, your order was already in transit when you requested cancellation, which made the return arrangement more complicated.

I paid $200 extra for foam protection, a good deal of which was ripped off during transport as it was not protected on an open trailer. This foam should have been wrapped in plastic to keep it from tearing off , or at least, required the hotshot driver to cover it with a tarp.

This is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. We totally agree with you: the foam should have been wrapped in plastic or covered with a tarp by the driver to avoid tearing. We will seriously follow up with the logistics team and the shipping driver to fix this issue for future orders.

I went to pick my tool cabinet up in…

I purchased a tool cabinet from Chery Industrial and drove from New Jersey to Maryland to pick it up. During pickup , the original cabinet was accidentally dropped by forklift equipment at the yard. I was then offered another cabinet that had reportedly been intended for auction.
After bringing the replacement cabinet home and removing the wrapping, I discovered widespread corrosion and bubbling beneath the paint on multiple drawers and panels. I documented the condition with photographs and contacted the company immediately.
The return process was initially difficult and involved multiple discussions regarding responsibility for transportation and pickup arrangements.However, after continued communication, the company has now agreed to a full refund.
at the time of this review update , I am currently waiting for the refund to be processed and completed. I will update this review again once the matter is fully resolve.

Quality Control

Quality Control - The unit was dirty inside with spiders and webs. The door handle is rusty and the door has no sweep or seal to keep weather or bugs and ants out. Plumbing on side is open no caps to keep out bugs and critters till its plumbed. The Window does not come with the pull down screen this is an additional $130.00 and if you don't get, you can't open window without bugs coming in. The Unit is expensive and should have been cleaned, have a sealed door, caps for all plumbing on side and come with the pull down screen for the window. Delivery 4/18/2026
