I was sent the wrong part
I was sent the wrong part, I ordered a left side spring and received the right side. Also the cardboard tube was broken in the middle. But that was probably the shipping company.

Customer Service above and beyond
Taylor verified the P/N ordered actually fit the obsolete manual awning i had. Having a knowledgeable customer service representative who is willing to take the time and effort to make sure the part was going to fit the application is a valuable asset and a true customer service model. Carefree is all i will ever use for RV awnings in the future. She made sure the “ship to” address was good as i was in route to a sporting event and needed it forwarded to my destination.
