My experience has been negative
My experience has been negative: I placed the order on May 2nd, and according to your information international shipping takes 5 to 7 business days, but UPS only confirmed shipment and receipt on May 20th — and I still haven't received the package. On top of that, I have had to pay customs fees amounting to an additional €78.56. I think you should inform customers of all this when placing an international order. I hope that at least the product lives up to expectations when I finally receive it

Delivery could of been better, no email confirming delivery and nothing through the door letting me know where it had been left. Had to search around eventually found it behind a fence where there is no access so has to climb over the fence. Maybe best to use a different courier service 🤔

The order was picked and packed as soon as the order was placed and notification sent, the only issue is that maybe you need to look at the courier used as it has been sitting with them for 4 days now and no update as to when it will be out for delivery( poor customer service from Evri)
