I ordered a cue a few weeks ago and…
I ordered a cue a few weeks ago and then a case just this past week. I just dont understand how both of them reached me in the U.S. in 5 or 6 days. That was amazing. When I order things from overseas the fastest ive received items from other companies is two weeks minimum and usually a month at least. So this was just amazing. I dont know how its possible but I really appreciate it. My Riley cue is wonderful. It feels so good. The difference between this cue and the cheap snooker cue I had is just no comparison. Thank you very much. I was only able to fit a ten foot snooker table in my place but it is better than not having one at all and it is 1,000 times better than having an American pool table. I searched for 6 years. Since 2020 for a snooker table and finally found a really nice one for being only a ten footer. I will never touch a pool cue again. 8 and 9 ball are just so boring. I wish we could bring more awareness about snooker to Americans. They have no clue. But anyway, thank you again.

The cue looks decent and of good quality.

Thank you for your review and we apologise for the inconvenience regarding import VAT.
We are a UK registered company, despatching goods internationally from our UK warehouse. Unfortunately, UK is now treated as a 'third country' for the purposes of trade with EU and while there is a free trade agreement (so far as duties are concerned), UK falls outside of this for the purposes of VAT.
Each country applies their own import VAT and customs fees and it is not something of which we have any control or say. It is an unfortunate consequence of Brexit, that shoppers outside of UK buying UK goods online will be subject to local import charges.
I hope this helps to clarify the situation and that you continue to enjoy your new cue.

I’m glad I did the difference in the packaging of the product to start was better full protection of the table and corners in the box. Great delivery service with care and the price I paid in the sale was a bit more but you get what you pay for .

Apparently the cue was “delivered” to my address 5 days ago, yet I have not received it. I tried contacting CSM, their courier but to no such luck. Riley eventually replied to my email to ask me to wait 3 days whilst they chased it up, only to tell me to check my local store - which I had - and still no joy, and still no cue. Not really sure what to do about it all now.

After countless research
After countless research , I think I could have worked MI5 , I ordered the BCE 6ft Razor Folding Pool Table for our son's 16th Birthday .
He hasn't seen it yet but we've just unpacked it and it's very impressive for a pool table sub £400 . It's weighty , perfectly finished and worth every penny .
The company's website was easy to navigate , communication plentiful and the men who delivered it went above and beyond .
I know my son ( and my husband !!) will be over the moon and will no doubt provide hours of entertainment , competitive Dad and bonding time .
