The table we order is great for pool…
The table we order is great for pool and table tennis. The darts board isn't that great, the darts just don't stick and it's an odd height when the table is stood up.

Ordered a cue and everything was delivered and came in great time,as promised.
I started used the cue and discovered it had a defect, so I contacted them and they sent me details to send cue back free of charge and new cue has arrived to replace it.
Fantastic service and can’t wait to use the cue .
I can’t recommend this company enough 👍

Swift delivery
Swift delivery, using the delivery company was Furesco, was really good, as they kept updating me with the status of the delivery. I had initially felt uneasy reading some reviews here, but then decided to trust my guts, as I had already made the purchase before going through the comments. I am glad I did and my table came in within 5 days, nice and smooth.
The pool table and the dart is really nice.

Ordered the bce black series 4 cue well happy with the cue carnt wait to use it for the first time feels like a quality cue and not just like a over priced cue you borrow from the snooker club, was a bit disappointed that I couldn't track the order properly or get a eta for delivery or the fact u couldn't email supplier without getting, this email is not in use or fact that the live chat on Web site doesn't have a send so u actually carnt speak to no one even tho it states u can other then that pretty happy hen e the 4 stars

SCAM
SCAM - AVOID at all costs. Terrible customer service. Wasted time telephoning, emailing and using live chat. Telephone is a waste of time as cannot speak to anyone, at all. Email is a waste of time as all responses are automated and direct you to live chat. Live chat is a waste of time, as despite the statement "Chat to a Human! We’ll reply within a few minutes", there is never a response. Online help states that every item has an "available to ship date" but it does not. When I did eventually receive a message from live chat they tried to scam me out of £96 for an additional delivery charge, despite my full address being populated at order placement and delivery being confirmed as free. My order confirmation email contained an incorrect and incomplete postcode, despite it being populated accurately by me during the order process. Upon requesting that this be corrected, I was informed of obscene delivery charges of £96!! I live in mainland UK so this is outrageous. Live chat agent has told me this is due to their system not being able to calculate delivery charges at delivery placement and instead they would have to contact customers after payment and order is taken. Live chat agent was rude and unhelpful and despite me requesting confirmation of my order cancellation, has refused to issue one.

We’re disappointed to read this review, particularly the accusation that we are a “scam,” when the timeline shows quite the opposite.
Your order was placed at 3:53pm. At 3:54pm, you contacted us via Live Chat requesting that it be expedited. We replied at 4:20pm, advising that the order could be despatched within 24 hours and that, due to your remote delivery location, an additional carriage charge would apply. At 4:24pm, you requested cancellation of the order, which we actioned immediately. Your refund was processed at 5:10pm the same day.
So, within less than 80 minutes of placing the order, you had received a response, requested cancellation, and been fully refunded.
As explained, delivery surcharges are advised after an order is placed, which gives customers the opportunity to decide whether they wish to proceed. In your case, you chose not to, and we refunded you promptly and in full.
We believe we acted professionally, promptly and with the best intentions of you as our customer in mind. We are, therefore, very sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company,this was order 17th May 2026 and had nothing till I messaged. And then said it would be sent on Tuesday 19th with a tracking number. The delivery company hasnt even had the table and nothing is due to come to me. Yet if I order off amazon it would of come in two days. No contact number to call and actually speak to anybody. This isn't a cheap item its a table costing nearly £400.00 that was brought as a birthday gift for my son and now he has nothing. Stop lying
