I had another ebike from a well known company I won't say who (Av-nt-n) but I sold the bike because of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.. Ride 1up however is at the top of my list . Bought a "Turris" two and a half years ago and 2900 miles and it's still serving me well. I love that I can program the pedal assist power at each level up to 9 levels I believe. I have mine at 7 p.a.s. levels. Great bike ..great company!!

Bought the Roadster V3 belt drive in September to commute to work in the PNW. I’m about 180-190lbs and get about 30 miles of range with primarily level 2 assist. Assembly was easy and the only adjustment needed was having the front wheel trued at my local bike store for $15. I’ve been riding almost daily and have a little over 500 miles and would recommend the roadster if the range fits your needs. My round trip is less than 10 miles, mostly flat but with a couple small hills. If it was longer or had more elevation gain I’d recommend adding the extended battery to avoid charging daily but have no issues with the single speed belt and love the low maintenance for the wet weather conditions where I live.With my current setup I charge 1-2 times per week depending on how many rides I take outside of my commute.

Could not recommend this shop enough!! My best friend and I both purchased Portolas from Ride1up and it is probably my favorite purchase of all time. All the guys that work at the shop are extremely friendly, helpful, and joyful. They made everything from my purchase to tune-ups a breeze. Very happy with my bike and the service!

great product - quick shipping. note to future buyers, if you have a Prodigy the V2 Prodigy is not the same bike as the V1. rider position is not as upright as its predecessor.

We love their Roadster V3. This bike was a life changers for my wife. This made getting out and riding fun. She goes on 20 mile rides and only uses 5% of the battery.

I have been using my ride1up roadster V3 for the past 3 months and i am having a great time riding it to commute to my university as well as going on weekend rides. Its definitely worth every penny

The e-bike that I ordered, a Prodigy V2 I received in great time, one day before Valentine Day as a gift for my wife and I immediate started to assemble it following the video instructions and one of the first things it said to do was to remove four stem bolts but they were missing, i called support and they apologized and told me they would have there team would immediately take care of it but four days later i have not received any confirmation of it being delivered, I’m very disappointed with this support team with three calls made and no answer yet!

I was lucky enough to ride one and it changed my whole mood. I was so happy and felt like a kid again.

I just purchased my second ride1up e-bike from Eforce bicycles in Colorado. They provided excellent customer service.
I love my bikes,I use them for daily. Gives me a care free unstressed way to start my day commuting to work. E biking saves me so much time, it's so fun it makes me take the long way around seeing things I would never see otherwise. Keep up the great work, keep designing and innovating🪷

Easy ordering process with prompt delivery of my Portola. Detailed assembly instructions included, not difficult to do. Very satisfied with performance and battery life! Excellent e-bike!

Very reputable ebike and ebike builds while being very affordable. I’m practically devoted to this brand. I’ve already bought a 700 Series and a Revv1 FS.

Purchase and delivery were seamless. Assembly instructions were great and putting my Vorsa together was a breeze, but it did help to have the assist of a friend. I love my bike and really appreciate the torque control! On hills I can zip by my friends with their cadence controlled Rad Power bikes! I can also adjust the the pedal assist so that I can still get a good workout. The Vorsa is heavy, but it rides 10-15 pounds lighter!

I have had my bike for 6 months now. I do enjoy the bike it is as good as you can expect although, I had an issue where my battery cannot be taken off the bike. It is stuck. the key won't release it. It is forever forged. I called customer support and they told me they never heard of this happening before. Doesn't help my situation at all. They told me to loosen the screws on the battery, I tried that on the bottom that I can get to but I cannot get to the batteries on the upper part of it without taking the fork off the bike. So I am happy with the bike but as far as a removable battery mine isn't going anywhere.

Really like the Vorsa. Assembly was strait forward and nothing a novice shouldn't attempt. Plenty of online help and illustrated instructions. Love the menu options to select either Class 1, 2 or 3. Like the idea of taking it off the beaten track for off road adventures. Planning on buying a second battery for long hauls.

I bought my 500 series bike in April 2020 and have ridden it over 6000 miles. Other than buying new tires to replace the worn out ones it has been problem free. I ride on streets and highways as well as off road trails. It is always a fun filled afternoon or evening riding 25 miles or more.

I got the Trail Rush and it by far exceeded my expectations. Especially for the price point. Now I can keep up with all my friends that are mountain bike riding with electric bikes. Love this bike and get tons of compliments. Such an insane deal. Any bike close to this is more than double the price.

Excellent customer service! I also love my bike- the Portola. I feel it’s a bit heavy for a commute that includes taking it on public transit, but it is great for everything else! It folds and stores well, it’s durable, holds a decent charge, and it’s a ton of fun to ride. I’ve taken it 245 miles so far and haven’t had to reinflate the tires yet.
