Dishonest and worst customer service

The parent company is Priceline, so please don't send your business there way either.
I had booked a hotel following an unexpected death in the family. I needed to change my booking due to a flight cancellation caused by weather and the company guaranteed that I could have the booking refunded. I even had to send proof of the family member's death. Despite following all of their instructions through multiple agents, levels, and even companies as this was eventually escalated to Priceline, I never received my refund. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

**SCAM SITE**
I booked a room at Hilton with these fraudster$ and when we arrived they would not even allow us to check in BECAUSE THEY WERE BOOKED.

We contacted support and they kept giving me the run around even though I had an email from the hotel manager backing me up.

Had to dispute the charge with my bank.

If I could give this organisation a minus 5 I would- so unhelpful. Powered by a robot - they have one supposedly helpful response and then your ticket/enquiry is closed and cannot be accessed again. Apparently the money you pay is held by Agoda another super unhelpful site who did not have my booking but had my money! The hotel was powerless to help as they don’t receive the money until I check in. An unmitigated disaster!

Such a bad customer service. I needed more information on my invoice or any other way so I could be reimbursed but my organization and did not provide anything. In fact, they close your ticket so quickly that you do not have time to reply that you have to open another ticket to continue the conversation.
Will never use their service ever again.

Reservation Stays is a SCAM
We live in Australia, understood we were booking directly with the Australian hotel. Checking our bank account noticed we were charged an "international fee $12.00" as well as excessively overcharged for the room booked.
Reservation Stays converted the booking payment into US$'s which charged us Aus$399.90 instead of Aus$264.94 as its confirmation invoice reservation states.
I contacted Reservation Stays and it advised bad luck payment is non-refundable.
Reservation Stays is not transparent, is unlawful, is a SCAM. They need to be investigated and deleted.

I booked a hotel room for 5 days in Boston to take a course. Someone got COVID and they were forced to cancel the course. Reservation Stays refused to refund the $1700 even though the even is 2 weeks from when I called and they could have easily rebooked the room. I called a 10x, called the hotel, chatted with people online.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!! I booked a hotel with this company and since then i haven't even been able to contact them at all its been over 2 weeks, I've sent 5 emails. When someone finally got back to me, i responded with my issue just to be ignored AGAIN! SHOCKING.

I know I did not start with this company -- I started on the Expedia website --- how can they get my business? Wouldn't you think the other real companies would complain -- unless Expedia owns this set up too. I cannot imagine they would want to lose money.

Who can be contacted to write formal complaints against Reservation stays? Initially I was on the phone for 2 hours to talk to someone and then she told me lies so I asked to speak to a supervisor, and it took 2 more hours for her to call back. She told me one set of lies and then even when the hotel staff supervisor called them, they would not honor their own rules to make changes if they had the okay from the hotel. The saddest thing was all I needed was to change the check out date by 1 day! So they have stolen my money for the day I will no longer be there.

Reservations Stays is a legit website, BUT you cannot cancel or modify your reservations, even though on their website, they say it depends on the hotel--not true. You cannot speak with anyone and the support email is automated, and will not resolve any issues, but instead choose to end/close communication when they do not want to resolve an issue. Thus, it is not worth it, if you need to make any changes whatsoever to your reservation. It's best to make reservations directly with the hotel or some other valuable/honorable site, like Hotels.com, Trivago or something like that. Reservations Site is not worth it at all!!

I'm 55 yrs. old. this business is by far and away the biggest travel scam website in the world. Complete lack of responsibility. Complete lack of a customer service center. zero response zero regard for the customer. ! Pathetic disgusting scam. BTW every time you call there CRS line it says 70 calls waiting EVERY TIME. no call back either 3 times no call back. this company should be shut down. scam websites scam steering to other websites. The _worst_ internet company I've ever dealt with.

To go with everyone else saying this is a scam site; it basically is. To make any modification, they keep changing the process. You are told you need to do one thing, and when done they say, oh we meant B. You do B, then say C. Even after the hotel i booked agreed to everything, this company refused to honour anything.

I agree with other reviewers. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Total scam. I paid extra for non refundable hotel stay and they make it near impossible to cancel and the get the refund. You wait forever for the service number and then when you get through they say use the "link" to submit the form. The link does not work and makes no sense. Total scam.

Do not book with this company/website. It is a scam. Thankfully I use a good credit card and am able to dispute the charge.

Wesbite booked my room for the wrong city. Called and they said it's a non-transferable and non-refundable reservation, even though I paid an addition $17 for booking "insurance." Zero help, zero customer service, zero chances I use this service ever again.

Reservation.com has a customer service number stating to call to cancel reservations with the results that nothing can be done by the representative to cancel the reservation. This review will be on social media, and every review site I can find. BEWARE.

Scam website. Thought I was booking directly with IBIS At CDG airport Paris. This mirrors the reservation but is a scam. Ibis had no record of the booking. Lucky that after 1 hr discussion they gave me a room- but that was out of their discretion and only one night. You will not realise you’ve been scammed til you get there as you think you’ve booked directly. Avoid
