SCAM! FRAUDULENT SITE!
SCAM! Lost $900 why is this website still able to be used?
The biggest mistake I made was using…
The biggest mistake I made was using the company's service. I ordered tickets but they got the dates wrong, and they still weren't ready to fix it and also refund the money. Stay away from this site. Just don't get too close
FRAUD COMMUN COMPLAINT RESERVATIONSTAYS
I booked Holyday Inn and got confirmation from Reservationstays, didn't pay attention. When arrived Holyday Inn has not book room for us and they told us to check refund with our agent. That's how I understood what was this reservationstays.com. I'm written emails and doing what I can to get refund for 430 USD, nothing behind email adress or phone number. How can we submit a commun complaint for this fraud.
Aweful service!
Aweful service!! Booked a room that was cancelled by the hotel itself and they will not refund my money- also can’t get any customer service period!! Never book with them! Ever!
Beware this bogus operation.
Beware this bogus, website. It is a total fraud and you can not get a refund = they make it impossible. They need to be sued and taken off the web. All hotels should avoid accepting this reservation system. Sheer robbery.

This is a scam website I have booked a hotel and paid an insurance for cancellation but did not get a refund, they deter you from doing any cancellation by asking impossible documents. This website should be reported and closed down
This is the worst ever online booking I had
This is the worst ever response I get. This is the worst online booking experience I ever had. I will put a review online. I made a mistake in my check-in date and requested to change it. I did not ask for cancellation and refund, only changing the dates. SO they refused and I lost money, time, and nerves. Never recommended. Huge mistake on my side.
Absolutely terrible business model
Absolutely terrible business model. Can’t access the website from another device. Asked to change from one Hilton hotel to another Hilton hotel in Atlanta. Surely this can’t be too hard. But it seems too bad is the response.
Stay away from this site you will truly be disappointed. Very frustrated and concerned I even have a booking at this stage.
fradulent website
fradulent website - everything is increased in price, they provide NO service (a bunch of their listed phone numbers are nonexistent).....GO TO THE ORIGINAL SOURCE FOR CHEAPEST PRICE!!!!
Total scam
Total scam. Catfish operation. Apparently spoofed the IHG website.
I only ran them down by tracing the credit card transaction. When I spoke to their representative, they refused to give me their name and hung up. I only gave them 1 star because their is no option for zero or negative stars
I was VERY skeptical because I’d read…
I was VERY skeptical because I’d read bad reviews, but our experience with reservationstays.com is that this site is AMAZING! I booked one room and my sister booked another at a beautiful hotel in D.C. The booking was seamless. We checked in with zero problems, got adjoining rooms and saved money! I don’t understand why other reviewers say they got scammed. I promise- we have had no problems and we saved over $200 a night compared to any other site.
This company is a SCAM
This company is a SCAM. I booked with what looked like the legitimate hotel but was suspicious when I printed off the booking page. In trying to get into the "real" site to check my booking, no booking could be found. I was now VERY suspicious, immediately called my CC company to stop payment and alerted them this was a fraud company. Alert the FTC!
Total scam!! Stay away and tell your friends!
I should’ve been skeptical when I read this in my confirmation email: “We work with the world's leading hotels and hotel suppliers, which means your reservation is 100% guaranteed. You do not need to confirm the reservation with the hotel, you are all set!”. We got to our hotel last night and they couldn’t find our reservation. After several hours of digging and BS emails with “Urgent care” assistants at Reservationstays, they couldn’t find evidence of payment to the hotel, so we have paid the hotel directly. Now they are saying that they cannot refund my visa because it’s been declined by my institution. Total BS. $800usd i will likely never see again. Total scam! Stay away!! Spread the word! (Really wish I’d googled this before making the booking as it seems several people have had similar experiences.)
Cancer reason for cancellation
My dad's common law wife (they have been together for over 40 years), has cancer, and we knew our ability to meet midway in Omaha may need to be canceled due to hospice being involved. We are a family of 6, so we typically need to book ahead of time to ensure we can attain a suite. We saw a "cancellation fee" for 92 dollars and took the bait, thinking this would ensure our ability to cancel due to illness. Sure enough, my father informed me that she was too sick to travel. We then realized we had NOT gone directly through Hilton, but through this third party organization. Although we called Hilton directly to cancel, three days later, we called again asking for our refund. That's when another employee told us we had to go directly to the third-party. So even though we canceled within the time frame Hilton would refund our money, this organization kept it. In order to get our refund, we have to attain sensitive medical records from my father to prove to this insurance company that she is too sick to travel. So be it. We shall do the unsavory task of requesting this information at this delicate time from my father in order to get our money back. The story continues, so I will report back to confirm one way or the other how this company responds if you jump through all there hoops. Wait- now my husband just realized that there is a booking fee cancellation under "terms and conditions", and although it states we are within the range to get 1/2 our money back (you will be charged one night plus tax), they refused....?????? I have never written a review before, but please, please, please, safe yourself the hassle, time, and frustration.... DON'T DO IT!!!!!!
I googled Hilton Hotel and was scammed
I googled Hilton Hotel, Fort Collins, Colorado. I thought I was booking with legit company, like Hilton Hotels. The site included a banner headline guaranteeing the reservations were 100% refundable. A few hours after I after I booked 2 rooms for for 2 nights at the Hilton Hotel, and $4,000 was withdrawn from my account, I attempted to cancel the reservations. I sent email 3 times with screen grabs of $4k withdrawal and received a auto reply template stating I "...should check at hotel when I check in, because they will have the best prices!..." from TRISHA MILES of the Travel Support Team....she did not even attempt to answer nature of my question....this company is a total fraud...will now engage legal counsel and regulatory agencies
Total scam company
Total scam company! I found a charge on my credit card with the phone number. Called it. It was "Reservation Stays". They could not tell me about the charge, where it came from, which hotel, etc. They told me I could dispute it with my bank. But they would not provide any other information. Then they hung up on me.
I would give a 0 if it was an option
I would give a 0 if it was an option. I paid 43.00 for cancellation because I knew I would potentially have to work, and ended up I had to work. Will not refund my 469.00 charge!!! Scammers
SCAM SITE STAY AWAY
I booked my hotel for March 6th, already on February.
I needed to cancel my trip and asked for refund, but customer service does not respond to emails nor calls.
I lost 700 euros.
THIS IS A SCAM SITE, STAY AWAY.
Reservationstays.com is unethical.
When we mistakenly booked the wrong hotel location, Reservationstays.com did not answer the phone when attempting to call them to try to make things right. After no one answered, I emailed them to request a refund but an automated email bot called Ram emailed back stating that the form stated this was non-refundable. I know I'll never get my money back, but for anyone else who may come across one of their websites designed to make you think you actually are on the hotel's LEGIT website, please pay attention and DO NOT use this unethical company.
Fradulant misrepresentation
The following is the email communications between me and Reservation Stays. This email exchange says it all:

Dear Sir,
Your business misrepresents to the general public that your agents are genuine representative of the hotel in question.
Webpage used:
embassysuitesraleighcrabtree.reservationstays.com
While asking them to look up my Hilton profile, I was told that their particular system could not access that part of their data base. No disclosure of them being a third party reservations company was made at that time. Later in the conversation I asked to add my Hilton Honor Points number to this reservation. I was told the same excuse which was a fraudulent conveyance. Again, there was no disclosure of them being a third party reservations agents. You were are not Hilton or Embassy Suites reservations.
After making a reservation for a suite with 2x double beds, I contacted Hilton reservations online to add my Honor Points, their web page told me that they could not find my reservation based upon the reservation confirmation number that you gave me by your agent named Ben. Hilton told me I had no reservation. They finally found the reservation based upon the location, date and my name.
To my surprise, the reservation Ben made was for a King size bed and not for 2x Double Beds. I cannot sleep in the same one bed with the other guest. This reservation is not for what you conveyed it to be in writing:
Room Type:
Standard Suite, 2 Double Beds
Free Breakfast
Check-In: Sun Feb 12, 2023 (3 PM)
Check-Out: Mon Feb 13, 2023 (12 PM)
No. of nights:
Confirmation Number: Bxxxxx.
Non Refundable - This booking is 100% non-refundable. It cannot be cancelled or modified in any way
This reservation which you say it is, is not the reservation on record with Hilton Hotels. This, it is not a fulfilled contract on your part and thus voidable. I am formally hereby voiding any reservation you make as my agent which does not fulfill our agreement for the terms you promised and represented above. You will need to change this reservation within one hour or I will be forced to declare you in breach of our contract.
I will wait until 1:30 PM for you to remedy this breach of contract. After that time, I will be mitigating my damages regarding the loss expenses to reserve this promised room myself. And a complaint will follow with the better business bureau and my credit card provider.
Your prompt attention and correction of your misrepresentation is expected.

Hi there,

My reply back:
I spoke with the main reservations center for Hilton and they informed me it was reserved as: one king size bed. That was confirmed as an error 3 times in 3 different phone calls by Hilton and Embassy Suites reservations .
I called the hotel front desk and they said the same. She told me that she would just change it to 2x double beds, thus fixing your error for you and for me. There was no price change.
I will not be able to assign on my Bonus Rewards account number (which was my original reason for my log onto to Hilton Reservations online). This was because it was not reserved directly by them. I was never informed by your agent that you were not direct reservations for the specified hotel falsely and deceptively displayed in the online web address you used. I find that very deceptive.
embassysuitesraleighcrabtree.reservationstays.com
Instead of taking 20 mins to fix and reply back to me as promised by Reservation Stays, it took 2.5 hours. Next time, I will be more direct in my questioning before I make a reservation from a third party source.
Signed, Stan
