Bad bad bad, company.
Italians run away because it is a big scam. They have the hotel expenses in the voucher. For the whole phone call I always asked for the total price of taxes and expenses, it was on the line and I asked to cancel the reservation, answer ask the front desk to remove the expenses .... a scam

I booked a hotel through them and paid the extra $10 for the 100% refundable insurance. Something came up and I was NOT refunded. Then I tried to email, chat and call and NO ONE answered the phone. STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I rang thinking I had booked the raddison at Manchester. When I contacted the raddison they knew nothing about the booking so took my money but no room. Absolute scam

booked as they said they were the Marriott but come to find out they are not and are a 3rd party. Tried to change our reservation and they will not change and still made us pay even though we never used. Credit card even said their hands were tied due to 3rd party and policy is no changes so credit card said nothing they can do.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. This company is a complete scam. I accidentally made a booking and immediately requested to change the dates. They asked for a cancellation confirmation from the hotel, which I obtained and provided — but they still refused to change the booking or issue a refund. They blamed "third parties" instead, despite clearly misleading me throughout the process.

Their customer service is a big joke. Avoid them at all costs.

Beware of Reservation Stays – A Scam Disguised as a Legitimate Booking Site

I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT use Reservation Stays. This company is incredibly deceptive and operates under the false pretense of being the “official website” for many hotels. They are NOT affiliated with the hotels you think you’re booking with, and that’s where the nightmare begins.

I was tricked into thinking I was booking directly with the hotel. Their website looks official, but it’s completely misleading. After booking, I realized they had charged me hundreds of dollars more than the actual hotel rates – with massive overcharges, hidden fees, and no transparency.

Their cancellation and refund policy is a joke – a carefully worded trap designed to keep your money no matter what. When I tried to get help from customer service, I was met with zero support, rude responses, and absolutely no accountability. They don’t care about customer satisfaction – only about taking your money and leaving you stranded.

This company should not be in business. Reservation Stays is the definition of a scam. Avoid at all costs and always book directly through the hotel’s actual website – not this fraudulent third-party operation. You’ve been warned.

Booked online thinking it was the actual hotel website and fat fingered incorrect check out date. When I asked for a modification or credit, the rep wasn’t able to help me. Not sure why they need online support anyways if they can’t do anything? The actual refundable option isn’t even guaranteed. Stipulations are in the fine print.

I booked a hotel room for one night and accidentally put the wrong date. I tried calling them immediately but they would not change the date or offer a refund. I also sent in on their online portal for a refund with an explanation and they still did not approve it. Terrible business practices and terrible service. Stay away!

Reservation Stays is a SHAM. I recently stayed at Lylo Queenstown (NZ). I know their green logo and colours. Thought I was booking direct, but turns out Reservation Stays had exactly CLONED the Lylo website. I booked 8 months in advance. A fortnight before my arrival date, I needed to make a small adjustment to dates and rang Lylo, thinking I'd booked direct, and had booked a single room - but they told me I'd booked through a 3rd party and they don't have single rooms! I'd never heard of Reservation Stays. I then emailed Reservation Stays and send follow-up emails, they took days to reply, told me they couldn't modify dates and I had to cancel my whole booking and re-book - it was over Easter and this was not possible for obvious reasons. I dealt with an awful Nidhisa in Reservation Stays Support. When they replied to me by email, it was outside the 100% refund days, so if I can cancelled and re-book I'd lose everything. As it was, I lost 3 nights accommodation cost. I've since read they've cloned other accommodation sites. Lesson learned.

I’ve been trying to get a refund for THREE MONTHS.

I booked a $500 room at a Marriott and it was closed. Literally couldn’t walk in the front door.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I booked last week for what I thought was the website of a reputable Sydney hotel. I booked the package that included parking, but when I received the confirmation email there was no mention of that (the parking was an extra $65). I told them I was cancelling but they refused to refund the money. I am reporting them to NSW Fair Trading.

Assuming we were on Super 8 Hotel website, we booked a room. They charged $43 above what we found the room to actually cost, including a $12 fee to be able to cancel. When we learned that it was not the Hotel website, it was too late.

I like everyone else made a reservation and paid the extra money to cancel but no luck , Be careful these people are crooks. do not under any circumstances do business with them, just another foreign crook stealing money from Americans

I booked through them. Several months later I called the hotel for some questions and they had no record of my booking.

Dreadful scam. DO NOT BOOK! I tried to cancel my booking, months before departure, and was completely unable to despite the "Enhanced Refund" option I had taken.

Scam!!! Avoid booking through Reservation stays. The booking I made was never found in the actual Sheraton booking system and while following up for this issue as the credit card was charged $815, they ghosted my emails. Law enforcement should shut this place down!

I booked 2 nights in Munich. after reading the reviews here I was worried that this broker is a scam. so, I called the hotel and they confirmed my booking.
So, all is fine here.

Complete scam. They cancelled my reservation and won’t give me a refund after I provided all information. AVOID
