I had my TV collected on Friday and today Tuesday, so just after 3 days Toshiba phoned me to let me know my options. Excellent service , very helpful. I felt they went out of their way to help in this matter.
With all the problems we are facing due to Covid the level of service has generally declined but not with Toshiba. What a pleasant surprise.

Faulty monitor and then a faulty replacement which was frustrating and time consuming. Customer service was superb with prompt replies to my emails

The process took around 3 weeks because they obviously need time to order parts from AOC after assessing the issue with my monitor but they fixed it within that time and my monitor is perfect now! The only issue is that you will need to email them yourself if you want updates, i found that they never went out of their way to message me

Prompt and efficient response to my request with a very courteous reply and a necessary download was provided...!
Our subsequent conversations were then very understanding, polite and caring.

I sent an email asking for an instruction manual and the reply came back in literally 2 minutes with manual attached. Great to know there are real people on the help desk.

Had an issue with a monitor ordered from a third party supplier and Jo sorted my issue immediately.
She also changed delivery days when my customer changed their needs, very helpful so no complaints at all here!

Repairtech got in touch to do an RMA on my monitor which had a stuck white pixel this morning and within an hour of initial contact from them I'll have my new monitor tomorrow!

Speedy service and Jo was excellent and responsive to my questions.

Having previously had a Samsung curved monitor repaired, then 2 AOC replaced within 48 hours is fantastic, on this occasion having waited on AOC themselves to replace my faulty monitor with a new one as it was the 3rd replacement, AOC couldn't find stock to replace mine with, I sent them 3 model numbers matching my specs, they agreed on one on May 7th, its now 26th and AOC have no clue when I'll get the monitor, I received an email from repairtech to arrange collection of the faulty one, they were surprised I hadn't received it yet, as far as they were aware I had received, however a nice lady called Jo said leave it with me, 40 minutes later she emailed with an alternative model, however AOC had given her a 60hz model, mine is 144hz, as it was gone 5pm she advised she'd email me the next morning, sure enough I received an email with a choice of 2 models, I accepted on on 26th and Jo emailed to say the monitor would be with me Friday 28th. AOC emailed me to say the one they originally offered would be with me within a week as its coming from Poland, it's clear AOC have no clue what they are doing, Thank heavens for RepairTech, I would choose then for my repairs, fantastic company and customer service.

Excellent service after having problems with my sons monitor. Lucy is an absolute credit to the company, she was incredibly helpful and kept me updated with what was happening at all times. The new monitor was needed urgently and came the following day. Thank you again Lucy.

Couldn’t recommend repair tech enough, they made a bad situation 100% better with the amazing service, from arranging collection of the tv to the updates that the incredibly helpful customer service representatives honestly couldn’t fault them, great service.

My Samsung blu ray player was looking on boot up . an online chat identified it as a know software problem.. Abby arranged for it to be picked up next day and the repair team then kept me informed every step of the way until it was returned to me . A brilliant service thanks

A pleasurable experience from start to finish, from pick up, repair and subsequent re-delivery has taken a week. From Cornwall to Southam as well!! MSI Gaming PC had a broken fan on the graphics card, and a faulty USB card. The communication and customer service has been spot on. Thanks to Dave, who was especially helpful.

AOC exchanged my Faulty monitor and did a swap for a new replecement. I never even had to move, was delivered to my door.

I had a broken monitor that needed replacing and Jo who I was in contact with was amazing. The monitor went missing during transit and she was on it straight away trying to find another to ship out. Overall a great experience, considering how much stress it will of caused Jo she stayed positive and helpful the whole time

This has been the most pleasant and extremely easy to deal with company in regards to customer service and product replacements.

They have been very kind and fast to respond to any queries and extremely helpful in troubleshooting and assisting in the process of servicing the product of AOC.

When I gave a call to AOC support there was surprisingly no wait time at all, it just rang and the phone was picked up after a few seconds - this rarely happens (almost never), especially with big companies such as AOC.
