When something went wrong with my monitor, they were quick to offer a replacement. Awesome! Until the replacement came and it was obviously one that had been sent back. This happened multiple times after I asked for the monitor to be a new one and they assured me it was until they finally offered a refund.

Outstanding customer service from RepairTech, probably the best in the buisness. Had an issue with a Monitor and they were on the case in no time at all, they issued a replacement and they arranged for the defective monitor to be collected and a new monitor delivered on the same day, no fuss no hassle .

The customer service team were excellent. They recognised the problem witht he monitor immediately and set in place collection of the faulty unit and replacement. Two phone calls and a couple of emails later the replacement unit arrived and the old one taken awaythree days after my initial call. In my view an excellent service.

Why this company still exist? Horrendous service and unprofessional employees. Hung up on customers' phone call, rude to customers, not responding to emails, unwilling to help, lie about the repair and other things, unable to take responsibility, refuse to take any complains. That's not the whole list based on my own experience. Reading the reviews here and thinking about my own experience, this company should go bankruptcy long time ago. Why on earth it is not happening. Why so many well-known companies, such as Samsung and Hisense, still work with this company.

Fast turn around time for my broken unit.

I have never come across a company which gives such great service. My complaint was answered immediately and I had a satisfactory conclusion with the minimal of fuss.

Had an issue with original monitor, the support desk was very friendly and professional got a replacement monitor sent out quickly, only issue was the expected date for the replacement to be sent out, as on the email sent to me I was told replacement would take 2 working days but after waiting 4 days I called again and I was told that information is incorrect. Apart from that however the overall experience was easy and very little hassle on my end.

Took some time but they will be sending me a brand new replacement unit so can't complain

Abby was an absolute gem she was so nice and professional and helped us sort out a new TV to replace ours that broke. Nothing was too much trouble and I was so impressed with the communication and care she took to replace our TV. Literally had a call within half hour to arrange collection and delivery of the new TV. It was seamless and Abby arranged it so well.

Utterly deplorable service and the attitude of the staff is even worse. 132 gbp spent with a.prediagnosed issue and a subcontractor, their representative that was meant to be corgi gas and an electrical engineer to repair the fault and the issue associated to the FSD and the burner only for him to stay here for 10 mins and leave abruptly when i am on the phone with repair tech. I then called to.complain and had the unpleaseant experience of dealing with lisa nash who was so arrogant she insisted I called her lady Nash. Deplorable disgusting and in top of of it im paying for this detritus

Monitor stopped working after 6 months - no settings / no image / blue screen.

Contacted AOC support and after verifying a few simple checks they uplifted and replaced the monitor in around 10 days. New monitor works perfectly and is of high quality.

Cannot fault their service and response.

I had a lot of problems with my Trident 3 PC, it was returned to RepairTech for a 4th motherboard replacement in 16 months. I wasn't happy and thought a new MSI motherboard would also break again. I had gone to the retailer asking about a refund for faulty goods ( 2015 consumer act) as the first breakdown was 3 months after purchased then again after 7 months then again after 14 months, even the MSI agreed a refund should be made and were willing to pay, but MSI couldn't refund me directly it had to go via distributor and the retailer. The retailer refused point blank!. I was basically losing my dons PC money. Dave Jenkins and Ann Jones of RepairTech got involved with both MSI and the retailer we exchanged probably 40 emails and they could see the retailer. had no interest in passing on a refund. They managed to secure a replacement PC directly from MSI which is a better spec than my original PC. They have kept me informed for the last 4 weeks about progress or lack of progress with the retailer, and have managed to come up with a very acceptable solution for myself. Its the way companied should deal with their customers, I would say they went beyond here as they could of told me to sort it with the retailer.

Exactly what says on the tin I sent my monitor down to be fixed due to a sceen issue and still in warranty. After a week I messaged and was asked if a replacement screen be accepted due to be unable to fix which I happily did due to being almost same screen just a size bigger which arrived the next day. Everything went smoothly, Jo from customer services was very helpful. Only issue if you call it that is that u have to message them for updates but I don't find problems with that - Richard

Excellent service from the RepairTech team, in particular Abby.

My faulty Samsung monitor was picked up by the courier on a day of my choosing and returned fully repaired within a week and a half.

The repair consisted of a replacement display panel for which I received a detailed email update at each stage of the repair process.

I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Well the TV came back worse than it was when I sent it out but I am 100% sure Repairtech fixed it and DPD destroyed it in transit, they are sending me a replacement which is amazing!
