To explain: reverse osmosis systems work by using pressure to push water through the membrane. Traditional models, like the one you previously had, use a storage tank and only activate the pump when the tank needs refilling. The ArkkZ, however, is a direct-flow, tankless system that filters water on demand. This is why you may hear a gentle hissing sound when you turn on the tap. The pump only runs for a few seconds to maintain the right pressure for your next use.

Mark was professional & friendly. He structured the call very well. Qualifying my needs, budget and timeline. He gave me all relevant info on the system, filters and price options for different systems. I choose renewal water instead of Cws because of Mark.

Great service from first chat
Absolutely great company, had a few queries about the ArkZ as the whole water filtration is a complete mind field, had spoken to several other companies, who I just didn’t get a good feel from, Will from Renewell, great guy, answered my questions in simple terms, no fluff, so I placed order (online later that day, no pressure to give details over the phone) Amy rang me to arrange installation, less than a week later Daniel came, on time, another great guy, explained everything, left everything neat and tidy, thanks guys, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you, especially to anyone else who’s bogged down with all the info you can find online and just wants to chat to a good, Irish company.

I had a water softener and a reverse osmosis drinking water purifier installed by Renewell. Ross who carried out the installation was very efficient, hardworking and highly professional. He explained clearly to me how the water softener and the reverse osmosis purifier work. After he left there was an issue with the operation of the reverse osmosis purifier. I contacted Renewell and Ross returned to my house within the hour and fixed the problem. That night the water purifier stopped working again. I sent Renewell a message and the following day Ross returned and replaced the unit with a new one. It has worked perfectly since then. I am very satisfied with the level of service and aftercare I received. I am also very happy with the price of the system and I have no hesitation in recommending Renewell .

Will was excellent at communication and completely professional in guiding us through the entire process right from the start till the end. The installation process went nice and smooth, Thomas showed up right on time for the installation and gave us excellent guidance on how to make use of the equipment.

Excellent company
Rarely do I have such a straight forward, pleasant experience dealing with companies when I’m getting work done. From start to finish the process was seamless. Will provided all the information required & booked in a date. I was updated when the time slightly changed. Tomas turned up early & was very pleasant to deal with. He just made everything work. Adjusting shelves, fixing a leaking connection, sorting the overflow. Nothing was an issue. I’d 100% recommend dealing with this company. The easiest experience I’ve had in years. Excellent company.
