Received replacement filter very quickly and it was very easy to install. Very easy to follow instruction video.

I waited a few weeks before doing a review as I wanted to see how different the water taste was and if it continued to be great.

4 weeks in and the difference is very noticeable. We can finally drink water from the tap and not needing to buy bottles anymore. Back to loving cups of tea again! Service very friendly and efficient, we ordered in a Tuesday and it was installed on Thursday.

Best investment ever.

Very happy with the Reverse Osmosis system. Called Will on Tuesday, installed by Kevin the next day. (Obviously that’s not a standard turnaround time but it just was convenient for both parties.)

The technician Kevin who installed the system was very pleasant. I was very happy that he was able to connect the system to my existing tap because it had a built in water filter tap. Not always possible but he could do it with my tap so it was greatly appreciated. Installed in less than an hour.

Very happy with the service and would recommend.

So easy to change the filter youself and whenever we did run into a problem no bother they were there at the end of the phone to provide help and a call if our issue didn't resolve in a day or two but true to there knowledge if fixed itself. Have already recommended them to another couple who love their new system.

Tte filter is doing the job well,the installer was very good,i got a good deal with the salt and filters and they explained me well about tge maintanance

False information when upgrading to newer system, paid 150 extra and told new filter change every 3 years instead of 1 yr for older system, that’s not the case, was never told that there is 2 filters and one still needs changing every year which cost €185.

The staff is very good, he is very helpful and explained the product very well. Installed the product on the next day straightway. Thanks Ian.

Quick and efficient work

We found Renewell Water very satisfactory to deal with. Their rep Daniel came and installed the system. He came when scheduled and was very pleasant and efficient. He answered all our questions very patiently. We are relieved to have this water filtration in place in our home.

Dom installed our system this morning and he could not have been more helpful. He worked quickly, was very tidy and answered all our questions. Now we have delicious water to drink. I would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent company to deal with over the past number of year. There customer service is second to none.

We are very happy with Renewell Water - we have been using one of their water filtration systems for the last 3 years, and the water is excellent. The service is annual and doesn't break the bank. We only had one issue over these 3 years, and the company was able to sort it out quickly enough for us, so definitely no complaints. The water is great, and the filter is silent
