The rep was good and did his work well
The rep was good and did his work well. HE informed that there is no rep based in Mayo as was explained to me by the office. Perhaps you could have been clearer that the rep was coming from Carrick-on-shannon

Good communication. The engineer who carried out the service was friendly, carried out the service efficiently & arrived in timely manner.

Prompt efficient service
Communication from the service engineer was excellent. He provided notice that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was efficient and tidy and a very pleasant person to deal with. The only negative was the increased cost for a service on our equipment. We found €180 very expensive for a filter exchange and a general check that took a little over 30mins

Very bad
Very bad, ordered salt and still haven’t received anything in over a week. Attempted to contact customer service about this and was told it will arrive the next day. I’m still waiting on the delivery.

Professional service but after…
Professional service but after finishing job - tank should have filled after half an hour and pressure be back. It'was still not back till next morning. When I called for assistance - service visit was scheduled in 3 weeks' time. Engineer did not have a cover for his shoes and was walking round my bright carpets in his outdoor safety shoes - luckily it was dry. But not professional
