What an absolute shower of s**t

Made no attempt to deliver.

Can't re-direct to collection point via their website.

Sending back to supplier only I don't don't know what supplier have used Relay.

Contact us button on website not working.

Totally frustrated!!

Just received a text saying my delivery (no idea what it is, I order a lot on line), was being delivered to a shop. I don’t want it in a shop, I want it at my house. If I’d wanted to go to a shop I would have gone there and bought it.

How this company can operate is beyond me,theyre worse than evri and it doesn't take much to be better
Always late,always send an email saying attempted delivery yet I was home
Absolute joke im now avoiding buying from companies that use this service

They are a bad courier as they tell you your package is ready for collection but they are not ready for another 4 hours

Terrible company
Tried to contact them three times but they don't reply.
I think, on vinted, i have had these down for one delivery from myself which never arrived at it's destination, and one delivery to me which never arrived! That's a 100% loss!!
Keep up the good work hahaha

Improper and misleading messages, no QR code no information. Why is this company used?

I'd give it 0 if I could. Brought a Nintendo switch game game on vinted. Got the envelope it was posted in ripped slightly open and game was missing. Just got the envelope delivered

There’s a reason this company is 1 star. Hiring incompetent people to deliver parcels.
Left my parcel on the door (I’m on a main road with a bus stop) but what annoys me the most he left it NEXT TO MY PARCEL BOX !!!! It’s there for a reason ! Honestly no care at all. Won’t be choosing this company again and if I buy and it’s this company I won’t be purchasing.

what a joke, they take 5 days to collect your bloody item and then another 5 to actually take it to you if it doesn’t get lost.

DONT KNOW HOW MANY TIMES YOU HAVE TO TELL A COMPANY NOT TO LEAVE PARCEL ON MY FRONT DOORSTEP THERE OS ALSO A NOTE ON THE FRONT OF MY BUILDING NOT TO LEAVE PARCELS OF PEOPLE AT THE PROPERTY ARE NOT AVAILABLE THEY NEVER KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR OR THEY DELIVER AT GONE 8 AT NIGHT

Awful . Tracking said ready to collect . I went to the shop and they had no parcels delivered for 2 weeks .
Tracking said ready for pick up then 2 days later said delayed .
Never arrived .
Utter cowboys . Avoid

If I could give relay 0 stars I would - courier left the parcel on top of the mail box in full view of the general public - unsurprisingly I have come home to no parcel !!!! Couriers clearly have very little care for the job and why anyone would continue to use a delivery service with a trust pilot score of 1 is beyond me - abysmal

The reviews are all terrible and I can only speak from two experiences but my driver has accurately followed delivery instructions both times. Evri and Amazon cause me so much stress because they leave my parcels in the communal areas or list as delivery attempted when I leave clear instructions how to access my building and to leave outside my front door. Relay is the only company that have done this. Thanks and props to whoever delivered my parcel from Temu in Cherry Sutton today.

THE DOOR BELL WAS NOT RUNG OR KNOCKED ON TO INFORM OF DELIVERY........

THERE IS A SIGN ON THE DOOR WHICH STATES RING THE BELL.........

THIS IS NOT A SECURE PLACE TO LEAVE THE PACKAGE AS IT IS A MULTI TENANTED BLOCK. THIS MEANS THAT PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS TO THIS AREA - IN WHICH WAY DOES THE DRIVER DEEM THIS TO BE SECURE? ANYONE COULD HAVE PICKED THIS UP. WORSE EVEN IS THE FACT THAT THE RECIPIENT WAS AT HOME AT TIME OF THE DELIVERY! IS THERE ANY REASON WHY THIS HAPPENS SO FREQUENTLY WITH RELAY?

Beyond Evri terrible, that’s how bad they are. No tracking, no information, no collection dates, no delivery dates. It took Relay 6 days before they collected my parcel from central London, a further eleven days before they delivered it 500 miles away from the intended destination. It eventually turned up broken, packaging missing and a hand written address on a piece of paper wrapped only in an elastic band. They’ll hopefully be gone before the Xmas rush. Absolutely shocking company.

should be less than 1, shows parcel to be delivered photographed in the delivery drivers hand in my letterbox but parcel was not dropped in side. I have tried to contact them but have been unable to do so

Collecting a parcel from a relay store. On scanning my QR code, I was told to go and search for my parcel in a large bag containing at least 80 other parcels, each with identifiable personal details. It was time consuming and non-accessible for anyone with a disability, and a considerable burden for the shop vendor in a busy store. A very quick and easy service to use as a seller, not as a buyer.

Delayed my package by a month, customer support is useless.
