They delivered my parcel to the wrong building. It’s completely lost. It was my son‘s birthday present. Absolutely terrible.

Ten separate parcels all missing!! TEN!

Terrible service my delivery slot changed 5 times throughout the day. I took the morning off work for my parcel and it ended up arrived at 8pm. Absolutely terrible service.

The courier delivered to the collection point, together with a load of other parcels, and then took them all away with him 🙄. Still no sign of (re)delivery.
Update: item got re delivered to the collection point and I was provided with two QR codes by Relay. One of them related to my item but the other item was not mine. Left the other item at the shop but no idea how the item will be repatriated to its owner.

Extremely disappointed with thedelivery service. My package was left unattended outside my apartment building instead of being delivered securely, and it has since been stolen!!

This is unacceptable and reflects very poor service.

Do NOT use this company under any circumstance!!!

Yet again no help from contact support staff. Maybe Relay should be told their contract is under review because I’ve told Shein of the poor service many times, and relay still fail and have zero accessibility options for deliveries which they should legally provide for doorstep deliveries.

If I could give 0 star I would. First time I’ve ordered on ASOS unfortunately no choice in delivery courier and they did not deliver my parcel. This has been thrown over someone’s fence of a house when I live in a flat

Awful - parcels delivered to shop that hasn't even signed up to Relay. All items returned to sellers. No option for them to refund me. Don't use this company.

If I could give a MINUS I would, one word for this so called delivery company, DISGUSTING, not only did they take nearly 2 weeks to deliver but they forgot to send me the details to pick my parcel up, they did send me a message saying my parcel was at the pick up shop but when I went to pick it up the shop keeper refused to give it to me because the message RELAY had sent me was not good enough to prove the parcel was mine he needed a scan code so I went back home and contacted RELAY asking them to send me a scan code they replied saying they would contact me in 72 hours. Now call me stupid but why didn`t they just put the code in the message they sent me? Because they are an utter waste of time. My parcel is due to be returned to the seller tomorrow (7th July) and they still have not replied to my several emails to them, so if I were you I would leave this excuse for a delivery company WELL ALONE.

Driver said he'd made the delivery, but he tried to deliver to the wrong house, which was what nobody was home, said he delivered it there to a person spoke to them.Can't find it.Nobody knows believed driver stole the parcel

I'm surprised you guys are getting your orders. Ordered something off Vinted on the 15th and the tracking process on the package has been stuck on "Courier collected your parcel" for 20 days now, tried contacting customer service but they are absolutely nonexistent and never get back to you. Expected parcel is probably lost and now I have to wait Until the back end of this month to claim a refund.

Terrible company. Left my parcel four hours after the estimated time slot outside a communal front door which is on a busy main road - not a safe place. Didn't even ring my doorbell. I am disabled so it was impossible to retrieve the parcel anyway.

Extreme Delivery Failure – Package Left Outside & Stolen!This is absolutely unacceptable. This is not the first time this courier has completely failed to deliver securely. The driver simply dumped my package outside a neighbour's door in a public/communal area, snapped a photo, and walked away. No attempt was made to knock on my door or find a safe place. By the time I checked the photo, the package was completely gone and stolen. Leaving parcels exposed in high-traffic areas is negligence, not delivery. Absolutely terrible service, and I expect a full refund immediately.

Parcel was thrown over our back garden wall, nearly landing in our toddlers paddling pool and the parcel isn't even for us! It is for our neighbors! Please ensure the garden actually belongs to the deliveree, and also, throwing it over walls, it could have landed on our 1.5 year old toddler!

Shocking service, Never attempted to deliver saying tried twice and failed so returning my parcel back to the sender.We are a hotel so they is people around all day
Tracking service is rubbish.

If I could give 0 I would. Didn't even look at my delivery instructions of safe place. Just dropped it on doorstep where everyone could see it. Wasn't in and has now disappeared! Thanks Relay. Wouldn't use you if I had the choice.

If I could rate this a zero I would do that, the delivery driver delivered my parcel to a completely different location and made me walk round for hours looking for my parcel till today I haven’t gotten my parcel

Absolute disgrace they don’t even knock your door they just leave the parcels anywhere they want I’ve reported you to trading standards 🤬🤮🤢
