driver ignored instructions to leave the parcel at the safe place/neighbours so it has been returned. I have added instructions to the account several times to leave somewhere safe but the driver clearly can't be bothered to walk 5 meters to the neighbours.

Wrong items deliver on 3 occasions!!!
I chose Relay for 3 deliveries from Vinted, every package did not contain the item I ordered, and when I contacted the seller it turns out the items I DID receive did not even belong to the seller!!!!
If you are a seller, remove the option
If you are a buyer avoid at all costs, Evri is the same price and in my experience, more reliable

They are thieves! I was expecting my parcel on Sunday. I received a message that they had delivered it, took a picture as proof, but when I got home I didn't find it where they had left it. This is the first time I experienced that I didn't get my parcel from this courier! All of my other parcels from other couriers I have always received them outside my door.
Avoid wrong parcel received by my buyer
I am a vinted seller I sent my item via my local relay shop but my buyer received an item I know isn't mine I definitely sent the correct item I will never use them again.
No customer service response despite…
No customer service response despite various emails and contacts. Checked CCTV footage delivery of parcel RELR0G9Q43T6 on 19th May and observed the driver was struggling to find the parcel to be delivered at the drive. Unfortunately drove off without finding the parcel from his cars.
Could you please check if the driver had found the parcel. If you can't find the parcel, please report as lost for claims.
Don't bother using these for parcel delivery
Leaving one star because I can't leave none! Paid for parcel delivery, filled in the form, payment taken - message on screen saying 'we need more information'. Contacted customer service 'live' chat - Relay don't deliver to that area, but they can arrange a different courier for an additional charge! Asked for a refund - 3-5 days to process. Absolute shit show, would not recommend them at all.

Delivery updates shift almost minute to minute all day starting around 10am and parcels delivered at any time. Never know when to expect parcels and yet having to watch out for them all day Rubbish company long. They assume we are all too stupid to spot the wool they are trying to pull over our eyes Fed up with this happening again and again.

Not sure why ASOS has decided to use them, but they have incorrect tracking, no customer service and they don’t even attempt to deliver your parcel and then lie and say they did.
They create the illusion of customer care by allowing you to input delivery information like door codes and mail room instructions but what’s the point when the mail guy doesn’t even bother showing up? I paid for next day tracking and now won’t get my £80 package at all because these clowns are scam artists.

Absolutely shocking delivery company
Absolutely shocking delivery company - I would avoid at all costs if you can. I’ve had two deliveries from them in the past few weeks. Both have been painful. You get a message saying your parcel will be delivered today and then it never shows up and you get a ‘sorry we couldn’t deliver to you today’. Aside from that, they are incredibly slow and I’ve spent weeks waiting for my delivery in the first place. Their customer service team is also unresponsive so don’t expect to hear from anyone. Expect a horrific experience if you ever have to deal with Relay

Would give no stars if it was an option! The fact i have to even give them one makes me sick.
10 days ago my vinted parcel was shipped and it hasn't updated since it was taken to the shop.
I have contacted their customer services (which are in fact nonexistent) on 3 separate occasions now, each time I received an automated response claiming they would reply in 2-3 days. Both of the timeframes have since passed and still absolutely no response from them or update on my parcel.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

The communicatio regarding delivery times was good with options given . I stated to use the unlocked side cupboard and not to knock on the door as my husband has dementia and we have a big dog . When i returned home the delivery had been left at the back door meaning the delivery man had opened the gate ( bolted and additional not locked padlock) The cupboard i asked it to be delivered to below the beware of the dog sign was ignored. I dread to think what may have happened if my husband opened the back door at delivery . I did everything to keep your driver safe but he / she put everyone at risk . Won't order from anyone who uses these drivers

Slowest delivery time ever…
My parcel was dropped off on Monday 11th May from that date I had no tracking information until Saturday 23rd May when the parcel was finally delivered at 5.15pm. I emailed Relay on Monday 18th May to query why my parcel had not been delivered by 15th May as indicated. They responded with s generic email saying that they would contact me within 72 hours, I am still waiting. I think twelve days is an unacceptable delivery period to wait with no up to date tracking information. I will never use Relay again.
Could they be any slower????
Pretty new to Vinted but was having some good experiences until Vinted changed their default shipping method to Relay. I'm not sure who's running this delivery firm, but they are definitely not prioritising speed as part of the service.
Packages seem to sit in the same spot for days and taking longer than a week for domestic delivery seems to be a speciality for this lot.
They were clearly not ready for the influx of business that Vinted sent there way and it shows in the abysmal results.
Can't imagine the folks at Vinted are particularly thrilled with their revenue taking hit due to just how slow this logistics company are. If this continues much longer, I can't see the Vinted hype continuing as good as it has.
