We love our Relaxe massage chair. Extremely well made. Looks so nice. Various massage modes meet every need to soothe aching backs and muscles. Very fast shipping and optional payment plans make this chair the choice to make. Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful chair!!

I am thoroughly enjoying my spa. Delivery was fast, setup was easy. I’ve been using it daily ever since it arrived.

Since we've purchased our Relaxe shiatsu massage chair we have enjoyed each massage sessions we have tried. I especially love the zero gravity and "relaxe" mode, it hits every spot just right. There is 2 things I would like to add that would make each experience even better. 1 is to have lighted buttons for the remote and 2 would be that after your mode is finished for the chair to return you to the upright position without having to press the buttons on the remote.

I Idaho do two Pre programmed massages.. after the second I feel like I had a real in person massage.

When I experienced a problem with my massage chair, everyone was very proactive in getting the issue resolved. Everyone was quick to respond to my emails/phone and was very respectful, courteous, and professional. While I hated that I had a problem with my massage chair, it was really good to interact with true professional.

I was skeptical about purchasing anything on the internet. I did it anyway. I was surprised I got communication the whole process. Was told when it would arrive, and it came right on time. No waiting for months to get anything like this on the web. The delivery guys were great. I didn’t pay for the unpacking of the chair, I recommend this if possible. But save the packaging just in case. They won’t take it back without the original packaging, if by some chance it didn’t work properly. Mine was and is great. We love all the choices of massage it has. We’ve had it for a few months now and there’s still more to explore. Has heat as well as intensity controls. The Relax massage chair is really great. You should get one for sure. Especially if you have had a massage therapist comes to your home for several years, the chair has already paid for itself. You got to get one of these chairs. It comes in different colors to match your decor.

Below is a detailed list of the issues encountered:
1. Inadequate Documentation and Support
Deficient Printed Instructions: The included manual is entirely inadequate. The diagrams do not accurately represent the actual assembly process, and the written steps completely lack the level of technical detail required for a product of this value.
Substandard Video Guidance: Upon contacting customer support, I was sent a link to a private Google video rather than a polished, publicly available resource on your website or YouTube. While slightly better than the manual, this video omitted critical steps. For example, it fails to show how the red light box is mounted, skips proper hinge alignment guidelines (providing only one pre-drilled hole per hinge when the hinge requires two), and completely fails to explain the locking mechanism designed to secure the box to the wall. Furthermore, blurring out the faces of the men in the video makes it appear like a cheap porn movie.
Missing Base Specifications: The instructions provide no guidance on how to secure the base to the walls or the door frame, stating nothing more than to "install" it.
Omitted Component Details: The manual completely lacks instructions on where to mount the interior handle. Furthermore, stating that the cup holder "can be mounted anywhere" appears to be an excuse for not providing pre-drilled holes or clear structural placement guidelines. The backrest, which seems to be designed to remain flexible, came with no documentation explaining its functionality or why it lacks bottom pre-drilled holes.
Door Seals: There are two door seals provided yet no explanation of how they are to be installed on the inside or outside of the glass structure or the doors themselves.
2. Component Hardware and Structural Flaws
Mismatched Hinge Cutouts: The pre-cut holes in the glass panel are far too large for the provided hinge screw flanges and screws. This structural discrepancy prevents the hinges from holding the door level. Correcting this required me to source and install custom plastic bushings to fill the gap—a massive waste of time and energy on a premium item.
Defective Air Cleaner: The included silver plastic ion air cleaner cannot be opened. Even with the serrated cuts on the hole cover, the back panel is impossible to twist open, making it entirely impossible to insert the active patch and rendering the unit useless.
3. Missing and Broken Parts
Missing Door Bracket: The package contained only one of the two mandatory metal door brackets required to align with the frame magnets and keep the door closed.
Damaged and Defective Heating Components: One of the long, thin red lights for the heater slots arrived shattered in the box. Additionally, the side heater unit is completely non-functional due to loose internal wiring that prevents the light from connecting to the internal power leads.
4. Misleading Policies and Communication
Unpublicized Return Policy Restrictions: The exterior of one of the shipping boxes features a notice stating that all original boxes and the large 10-foot pallet must be retained to utilize the one-year warranty or process a return. This strict requirement is completely omitted from your website. Expecting a customer to store massive freight packaging in their home during a trial period without prior disclosure represents a severe lack of transparency.
Inaccurate Support Hours: Your website explicitly advertises customer support availability from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time; however, actual operations cease at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.

I've had L4-L5 fused together about 5 years ago and been putting up with the pain ever since so I tried the massage chairs in different shopping centres to see if I could get any relief and there was so I decided to buy my own it's not a cure but it relaxes your body so I think it works for me very happy

We researched saunas for half a year and kept coming back to all the features with the Relaxe Sauna, so we purchased it. The communication from the day we purchased it has been great! They communicated through text and replied to questions in emails very quickly. We were waiting on an outlet to get installed and that took a couple weeks and in the mean time they checked in to see how everything was going and if they could help in any way. Awesome customer service!! The sauna its self is so relaxing. I thought I didn’t need the salt bar, but that gives a whole other level of relaxation!

The delivery was quick. The delivery service called a few times to confirm. Packaging was very well done and it was clear they took great care to make sure every piece was secure. Sauna was way higher quality than I expected. It has some extra bells and whistles that other competitors in same price point do not have. I have had it for two weeks and have used it all but one day. I love it. I somehow broke one of the red light bulbs during install and the service was impeccable. They answered my inquiry right away and shipped out the bulb free of charge. And they followed up. I am floored by the excellent service they provided. I am referring to all who will listen. Nicely done Relaxe Co. just wished you had that 3 person in stock!

I got everything I wanted in the Relaxe package. The health benefits have been wonderful. Most important is the deep tissue muscle relaxation leading to faster muscle recovery and joint support. Skin rejuvenation. Deeper sleep which supports blood pressure improvement.

All it takes is about a 1/2 hour session followed by a good shower. About 3-4 times per week.

We have to admit that the instructions were hard to read and understand for assembling and we got some things wrong — but that said, we did have folks who stayed the course and helped us get things sorted out and running. I am just able to use it this past week and it is wonderful, melting all my frustrations away!
After reading the reviews I understand that some people breeze through the set up and some of us require help!

I really, really enjoy my massage chair. It helps me with my back problems and shoulders. I recommend this to chair to anyone who has scoliosis. Trust me it really does the job.
