If I could give this company less than one star, I absolutely would. Based on my experience, their customer service is terrible, their business practices are highly questionable, and I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from them to think twice.

I ordered a chair from this company, and after several weeks went by without any updates, I began trying to contact them by phone and email. My attempts to reach them went unanswered. Eventually, I sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel my order and would be purchasing from another company instead. They responded and agreed to cancel my order.

Despite confirming the cancellation, they shipped the chair anyway. I returned the item, expecting a refund, but here I am, nearly two months later, still fighting to get my money back. All I seem to get from them are excuses, delays, and the runaround rather than a resolution to a problem that should have been handled a long time ago.

At this point, I have had to contact my bank to explore disputing the charge. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, I may have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my money.

Unfortunately, my concerns don’t stop with customer service. In my opinion, the product quality is poor, the materials and components feel cheap, and the overall quality control leaves a lot to be desired.

Thankfully, I decided to purchase an Osaki massage chair from another company, and the experience has been outstanding. The difference in my experience has been night and day.

A company should stand behind its products, honor its commitments, communicate with its customers, and issue refunds when customers have legitimately returned their merchandise. This company has failed to meet those basic expectations in my experience.

My advice: Do your research before buying from this company. I certainly regret doing business with them, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

Great chair. Best purchase ever!!!

I have had lower back pain and spasms for years. Been through therapy exercises multiple times which helped, but did not get rid of the spasms entirely. I have missed work twice for a month at a time. I finally decided to buy this chair and I can honestly tell you that over the past 10 months I did not have to call of work for my back. I still get little spasms, but not to the point where I can't function. For me it was the best investment I ever made for my health. The cons are simple...the remote can be a little more intuitive, but that is it. Highly recommend the Relaxe chairs.

The Relaxe massage chair is everything that was advertised. I especially enjoy the foot roller and leg compression.
The bonus has been the concierge service that begins at the moment of purchase and continues well after the delivery of the chair. The concierge will respond to any concern or query regarding the delivery or use of the product in a timely and informative manner.
So far I have been well pleased with the purchase of the Relaxe zero gravity shiatsu massage chair.

So easy to order and received in a timely manner. My husband has been in the chair for an hour now. We completely love our Relaxe chair.

We love the Relaxe massage chair! We had to try it out as soon as it was out of the box. I’m a small person and this chair is super comfortable and relaxing! It does so many different things and it’s going to take us time to check everything out! We had a massage chair before this one and I tell you there is no comparison in the quality! It was too rough on me and I could never get it adjusted properly for my body frame! The delivery men were very professional both in their communication and handling of our merchandise! I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this Relaxe massage chair ! Don’t be fooled by the knock offs out there. If we could give it 10 stars we definitely would!

The massage options with the Relaxe are incredible and effective. The whole family has favor settings, even the kids!
Customer service has bent over backwards to help us when a small connector piece got lost during an out of state move. Best ever product and best customer relations ever!

This massage chair has been one of the best purchases we’ve made! My husband and I use it every single day, and it has become part of our daily routine. The massages are so relaxing and really help us feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

I used to make regular trips to the chiropractor and schedule massages, but since getting this chair, I rarely feel the need to do either. Having the convenience of a great massage right in our own home is incredible!

And it’s not just us who love it—our friends look forward to trying the chair whenever they visit.

Awesome massage chair! I've had it for 11 months and I'm in it just about every night. Sometimes I even let my husband have a turn LOL. I was ready to spend 3x as much as I paid for this chair but decided to give this company a chance. And boy, am I glad I did. This chair works great. It has many settings. They are all enjoyable. It runs smoothly and fairly quietly.
There's a lot of massage chairs out there but this one is a diamond. In addition, the company has responded to my questions that I have sent by email within an hour or 2. When does that ever happen anymore? I'm impressed!!

And no I don't know anybody at this company. I'm just really impressed with the chair.

It is a really great chair! I've had it over a month now! Very relaxing! I have sciatica & neurophy in my feet & it helps relax me before I go to bed!

Ordering and delivery was easy. Inside delivery is a must. No setup was involved. Right out of the box and we were using the chair. It is wonderful . We have a lot to learn about all the capabilities.

If I could leave more than five stars, I certainly would! From ordering to delivery, we have been very satisfied with the customer service and this product!
It arrived at the stated time and the shipping and packaging were outstanding.
My wife and I both have significant back issues and we found this chair really addresses the entire body.

I’ve been looking for a massage chair like this for a long time; my son bought one and I thought it was fantastic, so I’m really eager to receive it.
The service provided, the ease of communication, and the prompt response from customer service have been exceptional. Until now.

I unfortunately broke one of the parts during installation. I contacted Relaxe expecting to pay for the part but was told no problem as everything is under warranty for three years. The follow-up communication was outstanding after that. I received updates just about every day until my part arrived. And about 30 minutes after it arrived, I received an email from Relaxe making sure the part arrived in good condition. If you are considering a Relaxe sauna, you can count on excellent post purchase support.

We are both 80 yrs old, love this one person caldera sauna, and have had this around 2 months. I use it 3 to 4 times a week, and up to 140 degrees for 40 min I think this is my sweet spot. I feel super clean afterwards, and feel like I am taking care of my body. Sometimes I think it would be nice to stretch out a little, but still, the one person is very doable if space or money is an issue .

They did what they said they would do in the sales process which is often rare once you have paid your money! The chair has worked as advertised and my wife and I both like the variety of settings.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The chair is affordable and we truly enjoy the customizable settings. We use it almost daily to ease pain and relaxation. Should have invested in this chair long ago.

The Chair is better than any other massage chair - including ones that I sat It at the nail salons. Worth every penny!

Don’t expect great customer service or delivery as promised. They outsource their delivery and the delivery company does not communicate and missed our delivery with NO phone call, text, email, nothing. Called Relaxe, they said to call delivery company. Called delivery company and they said to call Relaxe. All communication has been initiated on our end and still have no resolution. Next step is call credit card and dispute charges.

I sm very addicted feet needed to get used to but over all love it if you have s dog sit down with treats toss one out keeps them busy
