BS checkout process just nailed me for a fee without any checkout steps or listed cost for renewal!! Lame

Support here is a total joke. Currently all my web sites (12) have been offline for over 12 hours. I have business hosting service. youre 99.9% uptime guarantee on your web site is worthless. Customer support dont seem to have any clue what is happening and your corporate staff are not answering or returning customers phone calls. With this level of customer support you dont deserve to have any customers.

Rebel is easy and you actually get a response when enquiring about a product or service. The prices are good and easy to use. Tx Rebel for the great customer service!

Listed support hours are not accurate. Expect no support - phone asks to leave a message, chat does not function despite being within hours listed when we purchased service (and still showing on their website).

Would not use for any business purposes -

I tried to register .org domain but they charged 1 us dollar from my credid card and they blocked myaccount and I cant able to do nothing until I verify my identity(they ask selfie, goverment documents etc). any other sites dont do that.

Prices are ok but the tools kind of suck.

I used to love Rebel but as of late, they lost a domain from a few purchased, and it didn't show up on my account, but I was charged for it. Eventually they found it and added it to my profile of other domains. I have also noticed overcharging on domain purchases, and additional hidden fees. Unless you check your invoice carefully, these will slip through, and if you catch them, you have to wait weeks for your money to be returned to your credit card. Support is always busy during the daytime of office hours. They have dropped their service levels big time recently...I'm looking for alternative domain registrars now...

There are ingenious scammers Rebel.com - and they DO NOT have buttons to disable auto-renewal !!!! Rebel.com considers itself incredibly smart, literally bordering on unsurpassed genius - Rebel.com has 2 options - either I renew domains for $ 800 or I can abandon the domains, there is no other option. So the set month of supply, after the expiration of the domains from Rebel.com - NO. I had to REFUSE, that is, Rebel.com forced me to abandon their domains, although for a whole month the domains should be behind me like all other registrars, and some give two months to renew. BUT NOT Rebel.com. There is no auto-renewal cancellation button, so now we will extend it for $ 800 (we would put $ 8.000 at once). And now, literally a little over 10 months after registering my domains with the genius Rebel.com - I get an invoice for almost $ 25,000 !!!! for renewing 35 domains !!!! And let's try to write off from my bank cards every day for 2 weeks. You tell me to give Rebel.com its due that it's $ 25,000, not $ 250,000. .....Well I do not know.....
TOTAL:
1. after constant attempts to write off Rebel.com - 3 my bank cards are blocked. I had to reissue all of these cards - thanks to Rebel.com.
2. Rebel.com took away a month of domain ownership from me, while some registrars even give me 2 months to think and renew.
3. there are improvements !!!!!!!!!!!
After my letter to Rebel.com - with a description of all that they do and what they deserve and who they really are ----- attention !!!! - I have a button for canceling auto-renewal in my personal account and in the most conspicuous place !!!! Hurrah!!! This is just some kind of fairy tale!
CONCLUSION: bypass this registrar, there are many decent registrars, but I will not list them here - on a par with this mediocre, arrogant, stupid and out-of-pocket company Rebel.com.
