Several days delay after support promised to send my issue to 2nd tier. I can understand if something takes time but I didn't receive any communication and my follow-up messages were ignored.
I contacted support again by creating a new ticket and this time, my problem was resolved within minutes.
So, regarding this issue:
first ticket = 2 stars
2nd ticket = 5 stars
fact that I had to create a 2nd ticket for the same problem = 3 stars overall
That said, I am happy with my rebel.com service overall.
If one has any issues, it is normally solved right away by a very professional and knowledgeable crew. There are some times where issues have to go up the ladder to the server crew. These people also do an excellent job and know what they are doing. The key is to be patient as sometimes all of them are a busy bunch of people and they will get to and resolve your issue no matter what it was.They are good about keeping one in the loop and updated as to what is going on.
Always there ready to help when i need assistance, even at late hours. 👏👏👏.
I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Kate who really went above and beyond in listening to my endless questions and concerns on Saturday evening. I was very frustrated in trying to use my Rebel domain address with a competitor’s blog service. Thanks to Kate’s professionalism and attention to my confusion, I immediately cancelled my subscription with the competition and returned to Rebel.
I am so happy to shop local with Rebel. Kate and her colleagues at Rebel have always been top-notch anytime I have questions related to my accounts.

in adding SSL to my website, I ran into some issues and Rebel was able to assist me to resolve the issues.
I’ve never had a problem with Rebel customer support until today. I’m not sure what changed with their support...
Long story short, my website wasn’t loading. I was only getting a white screen. After days of turnover time for responses, I was told there wasn’t anything they could do and that I’d need to contact my web developer. (This stung because I am very literally a front-end web developer for an agency, and it was a BIG assumption that I did not build the site myself...) I contacted them for help because I was have a very difficult time troubleshooting the issue myself.
10 days later I managed to get my site back up and running myself. A supervisor reached out to me to say there is no way the site could be working based off of how I described I fixed it... and then he said if I turned over my login credentials to my WP site, his team would look into it further.... So apparently there WAS more that could be done... ouch.
For 10 days I was losing sleep because my client had ads pointing to the website, and it would not load. I was SO stressed.
The whole thing was super frustrating, anxiety inducing, and insulting really. And to find out that someone COULD HAVE helped me is the reason I’m writing this review now.
I will not be continuing business with Rebel in the future.
If you are someone who values good customer support, I would maybe avoid Rebel.

have a .com and .ca domain for my business. Discovered that the Whois information on the .ca one was 10 years out of date. Called Rebel and the rep worked with me to fix the issue. Great support.
