I have been with Rebel for about twenty…

I have been with Rebel for about twenty years. Being inb a small business I needed virus portection and stability. Throughout the years I have had far less issues than many of my peers. The cost has been very reasonable for the security. It is like a car, when you turn the key, you don't want to worry.

I ordered this product back in…

I ordered this product back in September and it's now November and nothing first the response was that they had a fire in their warehouse and then apparently it got shipped out gave me a tracking number that cannot be found in the system that it says, last time I order anything from them. That you get your order within 2-5 days that's BS it's been more than 2 months and nothing and every time I try to connect with them I get a message saying that the email I'm writing to is not there. DO Not 🚫 order from here . REBEL29105

Service today has been lousy

Service today has been lousy. Problems with the two-factor login - mainly time outs and the inability to reach anyone by phone are the most irritating. Also, your Chat function sucks,

Rebel used to be a great company

Rebel used to be a great company, but overtime it went downhill. Their customer dashboard is glitchy, their domain pricing is nearly double of what other charge. Absolutely not worth it. We are in the process of moving everything from them to another registrar.

Horrible service

really annoying customer service. Called the number multiple times, no answer. Waited on message for long time, no answer. Someone came in for a second and left the chat and closed the chat. Very stupid company. DO NOT GO THERE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Impossible to contact anyone. If this company does not respond they are history. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Rebel use to be good but as they get bigger, they care less about their customers.

If you are moving domains around, you have to make sure you contact them after you transfer the domain (if the time is short) like within 7 days.

They will not inform you that the domain expires and on top of that, they have a problem with their systems and sometimes it doesn't go through automatically. Best to just contact their support and make sure it goes through that day, because they will leave you out in cold.

Used to be a good company but they don't care about their customers anymore. I would be very careful when you use this company and honestly I would just suggest you use any other company.

shockingly bad service, they never answer their chats. they have locked my account and i cant get into it to add an ssl certificate to my account. as soon as I get in am going to transfer everything from them. Don't use them.

Keep away from Rebel.com Mid plan I needed to update my settings, but they wanted my credit card information to do this (Mid Plan) just to update my settings!!! I wrote to their Customer Service about this and was ignored. Now they want an additional $100 to renew my domain

"There is an additional recovery fee of USD $100 for each .ART domain."

Their Head Office address in Finchley, England is a dodgy address look on Google Street Map for yourself: UK office:1st Floor – 2 Woodberry Grove, Finchley, London, England N12 0DR

You can't even delete your account. AVOID

You may see some lower ranking reviews here, but as a customer of Rebel for 10 years, I can say I have been here while this company has expanded and recently undergone some technical upgrades which were laborious. Everything is working well here. The customer service is great and tech support has been exceedingly patient and informative, even after- hours! I will take this opportunity to thank Rebel and I'm here to purchase another domain today! Talk to you soon...and yes, I will be asking for help! But I did watch the tutorial!

Why host anywhere else when your website here will always be yours....(Was a low blow to go daddy lol)

I don't know how anyone with half a brain could give these guys anything but 5 stars they have not only helped me with issues that I caused in the past and could have simply said we don't cover that or charged me instead they stepped up took the time to help me get what I broke fixed and also have taken good care of my site since I let them handle it. I would say they have the BEST customer service, the BEST prices, the BEST communication and this is what is most important in my books. Getting a response when your site has issues quickly having someone working with you trouble shooting and having it back up and running and quickly as possible! I would give them 5/5 from 2017 to Present FYI 1 Time maybe of down time in those years and not even positive it wasn't my ISP. These guys/gals have always gone over and above for me IMO!
