Israel was a fantastic support agent
Israel was a fantastic support agent when I started receiving odd emails and lost access to my sitejet builder. They kept me up to date on steps they were taking, why things were happening, and set proper expectations on realistic timelines.
I've never been more confident in the security of my website that I run my business from and knowing the team has my back.

I am making DNS changes for self-hosting
I am making DNS changes for self hosting late in the day and something went wrong. Luckily, Rebel has the tech support chat opened in the evening and Angelina spotted the issue in seconds and she was able to fix it and guide me to the next step. This was great help and it reminded me that when I signed up years ago, my friend told me their support was top-notch.

The DNS interface is simple to use and straight forward. When needed, the support team is available and knowledgeable and fix issues quickly. Much faster now that we don't have to go through the standard machine prompts as well. Other providers could learn from Rebel's lead here.
If only they had options outside of Wordpress for Web design. Something like GoDaddy or Jimdo for low/no code web design then the platform would be an unbeatable Canadian option for Canadian companies like ours.

Israel provided prompt, detail solutions. And when the migration from Cloud to Wordpress email was failing, he assisted in reverting back to cloud mail and assisting with ensuring all settings options were correct.

I was ecstatic when I was able to chat with a live person via the chatbot. Angelina was amazing. Patient, she needed it with me. Today I had an issue logging in and Audrey in Customer Service met me in live chat - Yes! An actual live human! - and talked me through some technical issues. I accidentally closed the window, twice, and both times ended up getting Audrey again. She was exceptionally patient with me and helped me by trying a variety of things to solve my issue. If you've dealt with customer service at any large company lately, you know how frustrating it can be and how little they seem to care. Rebel cared enough to give me a real, live, person. Audrey took the ball from there and ran with it.

To me, words like A, nameserver, CNAME, MXT and TXT might as well be greek. Thankfully, they're common knowledge to Rebel's customer service teammembers like Chidi. In less than 30 mins, Chidi fixed my broken emails, got my website restarted AND lowered my anxiety by about 1000%. I can't begin to explain how grateful I am to Chidi. This was the customer service appointment you always hope you get when logging into online chats.
