Jay, the young mechanic, was exceptionally polite. He let us know he would be a little late. He took over 2 hours to do the service which was very thorough and professional. Would certainly book them again.

Had my rear brake discs and pads replaced at home. Mechanic david carruthers was friendly and professional. Very quick and convenient service would highly recommend

Great service from Shaun in the Bridgnorth area.
Needed a battery change after an RAC recovery whilst on holiday.
Shaun picked up the job the evening before we expected it to be completed.
Communication was great before he arrived.
He was very quick to complete his work and had a friendly and chatty demeanor.

Brilliant service. Rescued locally and home within 2hrs with mobile mechanic booked to complete the job. Have just renewed my insurance and made sure I had the same RAC cover attached.

Booked the brakes replacement for my car with RAC mobile mechanics

On the scheduled day, somewhere afternoon I received a call from a mechanic who told me that he was not supplied with necessary parts and couldn’t do the service.
Right, naively agreed for another day
On that day no-one contact me at all
Next day received text message that your mechanic will be with you in 2 days
I had to call them asking to stop tormenting me
So as the result 2 days of waisted time, no apologises, not to mention any compensation
However according to their T&C they charge extra 100 pounds if customers amend their booking in less than 24 hours

I only booked this company because of their quite high score 4.8 on Trustpilot

Summarising my experience I may say how deceptive could be all those reviews

Friendly efficient mechanic who did a good job.

Easy to book, great communication and mechanic turned up on time. The mechanic was very professional and very polite and he fixed my car quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Mechanic Chris Barlow was knowledgable, gave good advice and obviously loved his job.

Very rude staff and I got to know that your staff also tell lies against your customers, what a shame to know that you accept the lie your staff tell against vulnerables on the road. Poor service from staff. How I wish I was with a body worn camera during my poor lived experience with your service last Month. You even went ahead to send a message to my husband defending a lie. What a shame to see this is happening in this century. Please train your staff well and make the vulnerables safe on the road. I will never advise anyone to subscribe for your service.

The RAC Engineer got the job done, initially, the battery that needed replacing was the incorrect one, but he took the action to go and get the correct battery, came back and replaced it in very good time. Top marks for the RAC Team.

My engine light was on I asked the mechanic if he can sort it, he replied it's not on the service to which I was very annoyed, what's the point in having a service if things can not be fix

Reliable and accommodating. Friendly and respectful

Plenty of email communication beforehand to prepare for car service visit. Happened just as promised and further details about service fully explained. Two hours of agreed service attention given to my car near my home and fed back at the end of that time very well in some detail with advice for future care of my car. Certainly satisfactory way of organising a full service. Immediate payment finished process. Thankyou.
