Excellent. The BT Rewards Card is a great way to bring in new customers for BT, and I've enjoyed spending my reward! Very easy to use and didn't really have any issue making payments online.

It was so hard to activate
It was so hard to activate, then I had no expiry date on the card so couldn’t use it, I called and got the expiry date, but have not been able to spend as my order keeps returning says unable to access funds, it’s been a lot of time wasted and still haven’t been able to use

You can use your reward card for any online purchase; could be for a gift for someone or something that you'd like for yourself. The card works just like a debit card and will be accepted at the majority of retailers.

The card is useless I was told I could use it to buy anything but I was lied to.
BT has completely ripped me off.
First I signed up to EE not BT EE rate was £38 and BT charge £45 for the first month and now it has gone up to £48

The card works like a MasterCard and can be used online through a large amount of retailers. You can find a list of store in your login created to activate the card. You can also use it to purchase vouchers.
As we are not BT or EE, we are unable to comment on the charges you have.

Totally naff way of giving a benefit
Cannot understand why I am forced to get a cash benefit via a card. The card is only virtual, don’t know how to use it as it is not physical. Pressured to use it by a deadline and cannot spend all of it as it cannot be used as a partial amount when a small amount remains, ie £2,85. BT should just pay the cash as credit on the account which would be simpler.

One of the benefits of having a digital card is that you can access the card instantly without having to wait for postal delivery but that does come with the restriction of having to use it for online purchases only.

Needless complicated
I couldn't register. I spent ages on automated chats going in circles before finally getting through to a human who took another 1-2 hours to send me the card. Needlessly complicated possibly to save money from people who won't bother with the hassle.

You can find the relevant card numbers via your login that you created to activate the card under the 'card info' tab, which you use at checkout like any standard transaction.
