Excellent. The BT Rewards Card is a great way to bring in new customers for BT, and I've enjoyed spending my reward! Very easy to use and didn't really have any issue making payments online.

Quite a long winded process with plenty going wrong.
Very restrictive in usage, can only be used online, cannot be added to google pay and some retailers (online) do not accept them full stop.
Best way I could use it was by using my business acc to invoice myself via stripe and create a payment link for 200 (the value of the purecard) used the purecard to pay the "bill" then 3 days later withdrew 196 as cash into my current account. Stripe took £4.00 for their services.

The Purecard is very easy and convenient to use online. A physical card would have been more convenient when purchasing items to be worn as this would allow you to try before you buy. However, I am very happy with the e card as purchasing online has been very easy and enabled stress free shopping. Using the card has been as easy as using any ctedit/debit card. Having an online account helps with monitoring your expenditure. I

Useful but a significant limitation
It is a very useful preloaded credit card. The only issue is that you are unable to use it to make an offer on eBay. No problem paying for an item but declined if you made an offer.

The BT Pure Card is virtual, meaning that it will not be arriving via the post. Instead, it will be sent to you via email.
If you login to your account and click the card info tab, you will be able to view the card numbers so you can spend it online.

Easy to apply for and also easy to use.
The card was quite easy to apply for once I had reached the qualifying time period. It's so easy to use. Just get the card details from the app and enter them into the payment fields on the site you are purchasing from and it's done instantly. It's a great way to get rewards
