One of the restrictions having a digital card is that it cannot be used in-store but it allows us to deliver the card to you much faster than a physical card so you can access the funds quicker but we hope that you had no issues with the card.

The card came after I had chased delivery after being sent a number of emails to say it would be arriving Unfortunately due to BT promising to settle my exit fee it did not happen so had to use the card to pay Talk Talk £125 so have lost most of my spending ability

The BT Pure Card is virtual, meaning that it will not be arriving via the post. Instead, it will be sent to you via email.
If you login to your account and click the card info tab, you will be able to view the card numbers so you can spend it online.

I would have preferred a physical card that could be used in shops or other purchase places rather than having to use it online as older people prefer to avoid the internet and other similar purchase points
