Excellent. The BT Rewards Card is a great way to bring in new customers for BT, and I've enjoyed spending my reward! Very easy to use and didn't really have any issue making payments online.

I’m a bit confused about it.
I’m a bit confused about it.
I was told that I would get £150 deducted from my bills but I’m unsure if this is in place of or as well as the reward card credit.

Looking at your card, we can definitely see you have been rewarded a £150 reward card which can be used on some utility bills. You would need to speak to the company directly however, to see if this is applicable to them.

You can find the relevant card numbers via your login that you created to activate the card under the 'card info' tab, which you use at checkout like any standard transaction.

Going round in circles when cannot sign up
Received an email early on to say I could sign up for my Reward card. However, when logging in I was not able to select the correct account number to apply for the card. More than one call to BT, shunted around and various commitments made but nothing changed, including reneging on a commitment to bypass the Pure card and credit my account with the sum instead. It's useless with BT and Pure not working together to correct any problems.
