I have used Printer Basics for a few years now so I can speak truthfully. Firstly, it looks as though everyone has said the words I would have used so I'll say my piece slightly differently.
Cartridges look NEW.
Packing - Fine.
Ordering - Easy Peazy
Delivery time - good, 5 days max. Note: Always have a spare cartridge so you don't have to sit and wait.
Packaging - strong envelopes with internal bubble wrap plus detailed invoice.
Honesty & Integrity, really First Class. If the cartridge just doesn't work - there's NO Hassle, just tell them by 'phone or email and They will stand by their word and send a Replacement immediately.
Always remember "Re-manufactured Compatible Cartridges are every bit as good as Printer Company's own new ones. CONFIRMED by WHICH in their March 2020 issue.

I've bought my replacement cartridges for many years from this company and for various printers I've owned. Delivery is fast and the products have been excellent value.
When I had one tiny problem, their customer service was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Received 2 cartridges and one of them was not working properly so they sent me another one free of charge with absolutely no hassle. Excellent costumer service and will definitely buy from this company again.

Ordered pair of cartridges for my HP.
One was faulty, probably damaged copper plate reader.
Company promptly replied to my email.
I carried out a couple of tests for them.
Still faulty and immediately replaced.
Excellent service.

Really nice people, nothing is to much trouble very helpful sorting the right ink cartridge for me, I am quite old and they were very patient with me. Now my printer is running fine and I have saved money using their excellent re mastered cartridges. I will purchase from them again when I need another cartridge. Many Thanks.

I ordered black and colour for my printer, the black ink is ok but the colour did not register with my printer did what it said on the instructions but still not working. Sent a message and picture with error what my printer was saying and they sent a replacement and I got it within a few days ;) printer is now up and running ok. So thankyou to all involved.

I recieved my ink i bought, but for some reason nothing was printing off. Ink came in sealed packaging, so i assumed it wasn't used. I don't know if it was my printer or something wrong with Ink. I spoke to Seller, and they're replaced ink for me. Good communication with seller, very responsive. Thank you.

Used Printerbasics and they have alway been great. But on one occasion when a cartridge had a problem they responded super fast and replaced the faulty cartridge. Great products and great service.

I have used Printerbasics for a long time and have always found their cartridges very good. But on 2 occasions my printer would not accept them as they were not "genuine" HP but each time Printerbasics have resolved the issue and this time Sarah was very helpful and replaced the cartridges which have now loaded and work. Thanks for all your help.

I ordered cartridges from Amazon. The order stated that they would be delivered between Wednesday and Friday. Today, Friday,I received half of the order, marked part 2 of 2. No sign of part 1. I called customer service and was told that they don’t guarantee delivery in the time frame stated. The customer service person was indifferent to the fact that I only had half my order and just kept repeating that they don’t guarantee delivery in the time frame they gave when I placed the order. I will not be using this company again.

Absolutely brilliant customer service - and on a Sunday as well! I have been pleased with the ink cartridges bought and would definitely recommend this company. I like the way that you can also return the empty cartridges which is much more environmentally friendly than just throwing them away.

Never used this company before. Delivery was prompt although did have slight prob with one of the cartridges but on contacting them they gave excellant advice which i followed but still had slight probs so contacted them again and totally resolved my prob this time sending replacement cartridge as this one seems faulty. Well done to all staff who assisted me in a courtious understanding manner and got me out of awkward situation with satifaction which gives me confidence to use this company in the future.

I cannot believe it. I ordered, as I thought, 1 colour print cartridge but after chatting with the Seller, it turned out to be a pack containing one black and one colour print cartridges. I suddenly thought WOW, now this is definitely value for money. I’m one “Happy Bunny” 👍😃

I've used printer basics a few times now. Delivery is always prompt. Print quality is good. I think I would use manufacturer cartridges if I was printing photos where the quality really mattered. But these from printer basics suit my needs for 95% of the time. Had an issue with one colour cartridge. Offered assistance and a replacement when this failed. Will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to everyone.

I have ordered from PRINTER BASICS 1item Picture Expert 62XL (CP05AE/C2P07AE) Black& Colour HP Compatible High Capacity Ink Cartridge 4 Pack. It was a pack of four products. They have reimbursed the money for half of the pack and this was for the colour cartridges and I have received just half of the pack that was only the black cartridges. The question is how it is possible to order a pack, receive half of it, and be reimbursed for the other half? I didn't need half of the pack, I needed the whole pack. The order is #PB190529-LV129262 and I want to reimburse the half pack. I wrote to customer service a complaint and I didn't receive any concrete answer. Their answer was that I will receive the whole pack and this never happened. I spoke to the Customer Advice Service and their advice was that if I have no answer from the company within 14 days to complain further.
