Bought HP 62 black and colour no problems

This company are excellent! I purchased the wrong cartridges for my laser printer and they were incredibly helpful with the whole returns process at every stage. I have purchased from them before (the correct ones!) and the quality and value for money are both excellent!

Excellent communication,
The initial re-manufactured item was faulty, and despite contacting the seller a month after purchase they were still willing to replace the item with a brand new one. Free or charge, it worked perfectly and communication was excellent on their part. Highly recommend, - they offer a trusted service

When my black replacement cartridge didn't work, despite following the excellent instructions given, Printer Basics promptly sent a new one out in the next post. The new one is fine. Great customer service. Thank you.

The inks look great for the price, as my documents don't require very high quality these inks are great. They had a problem in their warehouse where I didn't receive the second cartridge, but after I had dropped an email, they sorted it quickly by sending the cartridge, I had no problems at all.

I had a faulty cartridge, I contacted them by email & they sent a replacement in the next available post without any hassle. I have used these compatible cartridges for years and the failure rate is very low but the difference in cost is huge. Early on when I first purchased my printer I had several genuine cartridges that failed purchased from a shop but the replacement proved difficult they had to send the offending cartridge back to HP before they replaced them.

Excellent service as always , my compatible ink toner wouldn't work and Lucy advised me to try a few things which still didn't work so within 2 days they had a free replacement out to me .. usually the ink toners work brilliantly as I always order them so it was a one off ..great thanks

I ordered an HP compatible ink pack 301XL colour and black.
The colour was fine, but unfortunately, the black 301XL was faulty.
Got in touch with Printerbasics and they sent me a replacement.
I will definitely use again, good price, quality and service.

Sent out a faulty cartridge covered in ink to start with and electronic tab had fallen off same second cartridge worked ok recognised by the printer but still some ink spilling onto outside of cartridge perhaps sealing of compatible cartridges needs to be addressed for the future

Do not bother. The inks are a substandard quality and the yellow ran out in no time whatsoever. I am constantly having to clean the heads as the prints keep coming out fuzzy. I will have to admit defeat and use the correct named inks.

I have just received amazing Customer Service from Printerbasics, having advised them that an ink cartride did not work, they are replacing it for me, free of charge and I do not even have to return the faulty one.
Printerbasics Customer Service could certainly show a few other Companies how to achieve these results.

Have used printerbasics for a while now as their compatible cartridges work extremely well - usually! Just received two compatible black cartridges but one refused all attempts to get it working. Printerbasics responded very promptly to my email and a replacement cartidge now on the way. Even the best quality control systems can fail and when it does this is the sort of customer service and backup that restores faith in good, honest business. Will continue to use printerbasics as products are exceptionally good value and service backup cannot be faulted. Many thanks to the company.
