Great customer service, very reliable utility, good pricing... the only shame is that you cannot renew contracts with more than 6 months anticipation (in order to time the market and get a good price, reason why we are leaving them in a few months, but we will be willing to go back when our new contract expires).

Everything went smoothly any correspondence was dealt with swiftly nothing seemed too much of a problem.

I changed from Yorkshire gas and power after a very bad experience with their meter installation, that didn't work from day one. After going to ombudsman I was allowed to change suppliers and chose octopus, because I already have account for home. And what a difference. Superb service especially with my retirement and not needing their services any longer. Very helpful staff especially Adedotun.

We have had a very positive experience with Octopus Energy. Whenever we have needed information or support, we have found the service friendly, helpful and easy to understand. The tariff information has been explained clearly, which has made it much easier for us to make the right decision for the Council. We have found Octopus Energy straightforward to deal with and are very happy with the service we have received.

This person was the first person at Octopus to pursue a very difficult switch. He sought advice and tried various options to overcome a number of problems that other staff hadn't bothered to sort out.

The person i spoke to , Joseph, kept in regular contact while he worked to resolve the issue and kept me fully informed. It was good to have the same person in contact as you didn't have to go through all the issues again. Well done Joseph!

Smart meter readings
Many thanks to the lady who I spoke to, unfortunatly I don't remember her name.
She was able to answer all may questions regarding the electric readings & gave me advice on other questions I asked her.
She was very clear & polite.

We have moved our new branch to Octopus Energy due to the excellent customer service, easy to use portal etc. We had problems switching initially with the previous provider but Octopus Energy persevered and I'm glad to say the switch went smoothly.

Call handler was really good. VERY VERY dissapointed to need to pay a deposit to switch over!!!
