Tai was polite, professional and personable. She quickly understood a complex issue with my business electric unit that was delaying my ability to set up a fixed deal for my new premises. She resolved the issue and then worked past 5pm to complete setting up a fixed rate deal. It was quality customer service, going above and beyond. I was speaking to a very nice chap called Muhammed Abu who couldn't do enough for me . I had a big problem with my address and he sorted it out immediately.
I had years of my address being the same as a takeaway and could not find any quotations for a domestic property on a commercial property address. But Mr Abu quickly sorted the problem.
