I am a maker of cards and while I do not use huge quantities of ink...I do use a fair bit.
I was making Christmas cards when my screen told me that my ink supplies were getting low.
I looked on E-bay to see if I could find some cartridges for my printer..ouch some of them were a tad expensive...especially the HP ones.
I have not bought from PrinterBasics before but the prices were good and the feedback was excellent..so I took a chance on them.
My order was dispatched very quickly and arrived sooner than I had expected.
The quality is very good too.
Would I give them a recommendation...Yes...and when these run out I will be ordering more...I can't be more positive than that.

Printer Basics are without a doubt the best company I have dealt with for the supply of original and remanufactured ink cartridges. They supply quality goods quickly, their commutation is excellent and on the rare occasion when I have encountered any sort of problem they have dealt with it in a pleasant and expeditious manner.

First time ordering, easy order process. Delivery was supposed to be with 4 days but due to coronavirus arrived after 7 days. Very good communication with customer services. Will be ordering again and hope to leave a better review after lockdown has lifted.

I had an issue with a cartridge and contacted customer services. I received an email from a Hannah who was extremely helpful. She offered a replacement cartridge but also understood my need for it to be sent as quickly as possible as I am currently working from home. I feel like she understood my position and went above and beyond to help me.

Excellent customer service
Reasonably priced goods and excellent customer service. After receiving a defective cartridge for my inkjet printer, I contacted customer service and they immediately agreed to sending a replacement. This was initially sent to my work address, but my workplace is shut due to the COVID-19 lockdown, so another replacement was swiftly sent to my home address. I have now received the new cartridge, which works well. Buy with confidence.
