I find that although they are cheap, and customer service is helpful, its very hit and miss what quality of cartridge i get. I tend to buy in advance so as to have a supply, and then find that when i open them, the cartridges arent working or run out of ink very quickly ( i hardly print at all) but its too long ago i ordered the cartridge to complain. The last two black and white ones i bought have printed blanks after about 20 pages. I wont be buying from them again.

Printer Basics are a top seller. After I ordered cartridges for my Canon Pixma MX 350 printer, it failed and was not economically repairable so I am looking for a newer printer and it will need different cartridges (either ink or possibly laser). The company immediately offered a full refund and sent a free postage label. I can highly recommend this company and particularly Casey for their excellent prices, fast delivery, and outstanding service.

Order was delivered before the expected date.
I had to contact them several times mainly through Lizzie. She was extremely helpful, patient and tolerant sending detailed instructions to help solve the problem. Two other helpful members of staff were also involved at the end, in the resolution of the matter.

I have been using Printerbasics for several years and have always received prompt deliveries and exceptional service realted to problem cartridges. Recently, I cotacted them because a cartridge had stopped printing even though the ink level was shown as 2/3 full. Printerbasics replaced this cartridge even though I had received it in December 2019. They really do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
