Outdated printer support
We have an older printer model, and I really appreciate that they continue to sell the ink cartridges for it and they aren't ridiculously priced.

Kelli was terrific
Kelli was terrific. She put a very satisfactory quote together in minutes and guided me thru the minefield that is Primera's website. (Note to Primera: the ordering system has some holes. I was unable to pay for the order online until Kelli did some magic. This is on top of an order I tried to place for some ink a while back. I could never get it to work and abandoned the shopping cart. But I did get lots of emails telling me that I had done so.)
