My discontinued LX900 printhead needed replacing and even though it too a couple of days to figure out that was the problem, I'm grateful that my issue was resolved.

Absolutely terrible experience PL400
Absolutely terrible experience with the PL400.
The first one would not pull the bags through all the way and then eventually just quit after the 70th bag.
They sent me a replacement and then this one was even worse. Not only does it get stuck every 3 to 10 bags, but after about 150 bags this time, the stickers stopped being able to get pulled the right way.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with technology. And for a company that makes $5 million a year annually, this is just pathetic manufacturing practices.

The PL400 is used successfully by thousands of customers around the world on a wide variety of products. However, because it is designed to work with many different types of pouches, envelopes, and other flat items, there are literally tens of thousands of possible material, size, thickness, finish, and construction combinations. While we strive for broad compatibility, no applicator manufacturer can guarantee that every possible item will feed perfectly.
Rather than speculate, we'd like our factory Level 3 Support team to investigate your specific application. If your pouches are among the small number that are not compatible with the PL400, we'll tell you exactly what we find and, if appropriate, we'll be happy to provide a full refund. We'll be completely transparent throughout the process.

Our goal is to get this resolved to your complete satisfaction—even if that ultimately means recommending a different solution that's better suited to your pouches.

I have used my LX2000 Primera printer…
I have used my LX2000 Primera printer for ALL of our products/packages for 5 years now and I absolutely LOVE it and this company. It's easy to order label inventory and printer ink and it comes quickly. Honestly, I haven't done the proper maintenance on it that I should have but it still runs like the day I bought it.
