Help on selecting materials was spot on. When setting up the unit could not get full image on the label. Tech supprt was easy to get hold of on a Saturday and resolved the issue quickly. I changed material and had banding across the image . Again fixed quickly by tech support changing a not easy to find print quality setting on the mac.

Primera direct support is very good but...
Primera direct support is very good and I have no issues with that. The ink is way too expensive and unaffordable for the amount of prints you get. The "official" Eddie facebook group is a tourist trap with a few select "venders" slyly soliciting group members on every other post to purchase their products, promote their products, or DM them for compensated help.

We are pleased to hear that our direct support team provided you with excellent assistance, as we work hard to deliver helpful service to all of our users. For a 3.5” (89mm) cookie with a full coverage design, you can expect around 1,400 – 2,700 prints per cartridge or about $0.06 to 0.10 per print on average depending on the image. Reach out to support if your yield is not in line with those numbers. The Facebook User Group has about 50k members so we do our best to monitor posts. We have automations in place to police the group as well. Vendors are allowed to post on Monday only.
