Booked a trip Amsterdam, for a 2 nights away. They ask for us to redeem the codes to find our flight times. They then gave us flights which ment we only had one night in Amsterdam not 2. They then said we could change for £200 per person. Considering we had already paid for the holiday they was just trying to scam us out of more money. This is disgraceful and unacceptable! Shocking company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I booked an Amsterdam holiday through Wowcher which was fulfilled by Prime Holidays.
The total amount paid was £456, consisting of £338 paid for vouchers via Wowcher and an additional £118 paid directly to Prime Holidays.
The booking was initially confirmed at a hotel in Vinkeveen, which is approximately 20km outside Amsterdam. After escalating the issue, the underlying hotel booking has now been cancelled by the supplier (bedbank).
Prime Holidays has confirmed that a refund of £289 will be processed following the cancellation. However, this leaves £167 of the total amount paid still unresolved.
Attempts to contact Prime Holidays to clarify the remaining refund have so far been unsuccessful, with calls going unanswered.
In previous correspondence I have been told the matter is being looked into, but the outstanding refund still remains unresolved.
Given that the booking has now been cancelled by the supplier, I hope the company will now resolve the remaining refund promptly.

Wish 0 stars would be an option. Awful customer service. Agents are avoiding our calls after breaching the contract with us by booking a stay in a wrong city. Agreed for a full refund after a week of calling to different agents but now saying they will only give us a part of the money.

I would not book with prime holidays again.
Initial booking went well however after confirmation of the flights they’d booked the wrong flights. We paid an extra £200 to ensure we had good flights and a whole day was cut off our holiday.
No one would email or call me back wothin this time.
I went on the shorter holiday and had an email to say my holiday was rectified, I’d explained I had booked airport parking etc and it would cost me more to extend it.
They did not care and I’ve called and emailed for 3-4 weeks regularly now and they are refusing any compensation other than £50 off my next holiday… a waste of money and time.
Booked what should have been a cheap trip abroad to Poland, everything was a complete scam, we had to pay extra for appropriate airports , extra for the dates , extra for seats and times , paid for a hotel and received a studio room self catering 40 mins walk from centre of kracow, paid triple the local price for transfers which didn't arrived BOTH times ! So had to pay uber , communication from prime holidays ( booked through woucher) was horrendous, did not pass on any important booking information until we called and spent hours on the phone each and every time.
Woucher advertised the trip for two to be around £400 for hotel and flights , turns out we have spent probably around £1200 with all the extra SCAM charges, even when we arrived at the so called hotel we couldn't get in, again prime never gave us any instructions, we was lucky to meet some other guest who gave us an email to message in order to get a keys safe code to access our room.
Every single bit of involvement with prime holidays has costs us time , stress and money , woucher should be well aware that they are a scam as there are even Facebook groups solely set up for people with the same experience, PLEASE CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO US. SOME TYPE OF PARTIAL REFUND IS APPROPRIATE!

Given a different hotel, up charged for a London airport despite saying fly from London, vile, rude agent on the phone.
Despite hotel offering bed and breakfast they charged for breakfast and tried to charge me for a twin room.
These people should not be allowed to run an agency! Do not know who to report them for scamming & fraud!!!

I was pressured accepting a different hotel to what I paid for. I asked for time to discuss the hotel change with the other traveller. I was told there was no time for that.
Now I was pressured to accept an unsuitable hotel. They are ignoring the fact that since they made significant changes to what I paid for and are in breach of contract. Not a good company.

Wowcher and This agency scam people together!
Wowcher redeems vouchers on your behalf so they would not have to refund you!
Prime denies refund even though they have not provided any service and stops replying as soon as you deny to give them more money.
I think we should organize a group complaint to the relevant financial authorities so we get compensated.
I will be organizing a joint lawsuit soon if they dont refund me.

Doesn't even deserve a one star. Bought a holiday package for Madrid in January through wowcher and paid extra to select dates. Without me doing anything it automatically redeemed. I demanded a refund straight away but was lied to and told that only wowcher can authorise this. They ignored all my emails all this time and offered no help whatsoever. Now I am being told by wowcher that nothing can be done as the voucher code is appearing as redeemed on their system. Absolutely appalled by this fraud and theft.

If only giving 0 stars was an option. Wowcher and prime holidays are the biggest scam accomplices in the world.
First Wowcher will advertise a voucher for a ‘holiday break’ supplied by Prime Holidays. You will be forced to redeem the Wowcher and given nothing. You will be told to wait for correspondence from ‘Prime Holidays’ (PH) who will contact you with “flights” that don’t actually exist and “confirm” your hotel booking. You will find that there are no advertised flights for the times specified by PH if you actually look for the flights. They will send you an email requesting the passenger details for each person to “book” your flights for you. Remember these flights don’t exist.
Knowing these flights didn’t exist and the extreme emphasis on “it is your job to make the flights etc etc.” In the e-mail fine print, I asked them specifically for the flight reference numbers (EG###).
They couldn’t provide them (Surprise surprise!) and the “standard package” that I have ALREADY BOUGHT then some how ‘sold out’ and cannot be supplied.
Without even asking about the other options after realising from all the other REAL 1* reviews that they would just try and coerce me into paying for the whole holiday myself I simply stated “ok, as I am not being supplied the holiday, when can I expect to be refunded?” GHOST. The correspondences go cold and should you attempt to call them to resolve this, prepare to be shouted at by unprofessional women. Saved all correspondences and getting the refund through my bank. As both Wowcher and Prime are utterly HOPELESS for getting refunds through. Wowcher will simply say because the voucher was redeemed they can’t refund it because they need refund confirmation from PH and PH will just ghost you or try to trick and coax you into spending money on them - which I guarantee they will just scam again!!!
Do not do it under any circumstances.

The holiday advertised was never available. They tried to offer options costing 4 times what I had initially paid. They refuse refund and refer back to Wowcher who don’t respond to you. Do not book a holiday with prime

Avoid at all costs, this provider try to up sell you on the original voucher purchased from living social by >50% of the original price. After explaining this wasn't acceptable and offering to take any location at any weekend in the calender year for the original price paid they gave endless options but all requiring a 'supplement' charge per person. Even more insulting was the offer to fly from Bristol airport despite London being on the voucher, and return flights at 5:30am on Sunday morning for weekend get away. Any ask of refund and you get sent to wowcher whatsapp, than then tells you to contact prime. Ridiculous, unprofessional set by both companies designed to waste time and prevent refund.
I have still been trying to resolve this with prime, but stopped answer emails or phonecalls and effectively have stolen £330 for a weekend getaway present. I got my girlfriend. As this was the voucher purchased through living social you can't even dispute with credit card company.
Avoid at all cost it ruined Christmas for my girlfriend and left out of pocket!

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. A Complete scam. They never book your flights. They tell you everything is booked then come back to you a few days later saying the price has gone up you need to pay more.
Flights were still available less than they were charging.
Still waiting for my refund!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
So an update…. Because I have written this they have now responded…
This has been going on over a month and numerous times I have asked them to refund and they didn’t.
Luckily I told my bank and they issued a charge back.
I would advise no matter how tempting they make the prices the stress and aggravation is just not worth it..

Scam❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️, bought tickets (vouchers)on Wowcher Website to Venice, the next day I was contacted by Prime Holidays. At first advisor asked me if departure at 6:45 pm (18/03/26)and arrival at 12:20pm(20/03/26)from such and such an airport would suit me, she also told me which hotel I should stay in with my children, and after that she asked if I wanted to add anything to my trip, I said that everything is fine, everything suits me, and I don’t need to add anything. After that, the advisor said wait, I’ll clarify something and when she came back to me she said sorry but there are no tickets and hotels available anymore, but I can book you for other days if you pay extra money. Of course I refused. And when I contacted Wowcher that they had refunded my money, they didn’t respond to my messages at all. And since I paid through PayPal, after contacting them and confirming that I did not receive the service I paid for(sent all the screenshots of my messages to the Wowcher), they refunded my money. Therefore, I can say that these companies are scammers, it seems like they are making fun of people.
Just avoid.

Booked a holiday through Wowcher for a 1 week holiday to Rhodes, with a choice of 2 all inclusive hotels.
Redeemed vouchers, only to be contacted by Prime Holidays who only offered the 1 hotel, with flight times that meant the holiday would effectively only be 5 days. Even with this they wanted further payment.
They then offered a 'strongly recommended' option for a lot more money with flights at better times.
I asked to cancel and was advised I needed to contact Wowcher for the refund.
Contacted Wowcher who advised I needed to contact Prime Holidays, who now dispute the cancellation even though it was in writing.
Checking into things now I find the 'inconvenient flights' don't even exist!

I ordered a 3 night mini cruise to Amsterdam including a night in a 3 star city centre hotel yesterday via Wowcher, which is redeemed through Prime Holidays. I received a call from Prime last night, a man called Paul who offered me an upgrade to a 4 star hotel, which i agreed to and paid. Once off the call i looked into it further and saw the hotel offered is no where near the city centre, and would require a 35 minute train ride. I called straight back to change, no answer. I emailed straight away, no answer. I then called again today, to be told they wont change it back. I explained they shouldnt be offering "upgrades" on a city centre package deal for a hotel no where near the centre. He wasnt interested. I have since emailed a complaint requesting a full refund as I have been mis-sold. I will also be contacting my credit card company and Trading Standards as their sales tactics are high pressure and unlawful. I see that they have many awful reviews, i wish i had read them first.

Purchased a Wowcher for a trip to Disneyland Paris and of course when I called up to make my booking the hotel I had picked wasn't available despite entering the dates and details on the Wowcher website, so was moved to a different hotel and had to pay an upcharge. Also, the wording on the advert lead me to believe that a 1-day Disney park ticket was included, but when you read the details, it's not mentioned, so I suppose that one is on me. Was told that as I had activated the Wowcher, I couldn't be refunded, so I was trapped between spending more money or losing the money I had already spent.
The only positive was the guy I was on the phone to, Phil, who managed to keep his cool when I was annoyed and patently went through all the options with me. He has also been very quick to reply to emails and chasing my travel documents for me. I might think the company isn't completely above board with their advertising, but the staff have been good.
