AVOID !!! SCAMMERS

AVOID !!!! Do not part with any money with these scammers. Purchased a holiday from Wowcher. Prime holidays quoted flights from Luton 16.55 on 23rd April to Rhodes. There is no such flight !!!

Looked online and this is what google is saying:

Based on current schedules for April 2026, there is no direct flight from London Luton (LTN) to Rhodes (RHO) departing specifically at 16:55 on April 23. EasyJet and Jet2 are the primary carriers, with typical afternoon departures often closer to 16:40.
Closest Flights: Flight Connections shows the latest daily flight is at 16:40, arriving in Rhodes at 22:55.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM!!

I was referred to Prime Holidays after purchasing a Wowcher deal for a 2-night Amsterdam break that clearly included return flights.

When I contacted Prime Holidays to book, I was told that the advertised flights were no longer available. I was then informed that I was not entitled to a refund.

This is extremely concerning. The holiday was sold as including flights, yet I was told those flights could not be provided after purchase. Refusing a refund in these circumstances is unacceptable.

If a package holiday cannot be honoured as advertised, customers should not be left out of pocket. I am now having to escalate this matter further.

I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Awful experience

Awful experience! I booked a break through Wowcher but when i was directed to this company they offered me a flight time that would have got me to the hotel in Krakow at approx 1am - I didn't want that so they offered an early flight the next day but charged me £280 extra to do this despite being one night less in the hotel! They then asked me to confirm the holiday on email whilst I was on the call, then once I got off the call and had time to consider everything I cancelled the holiday - but they refused to accept cancellation because I had confirmed by email! Basically I was conned - and these shysters are hiding behind an email sent under pressure - Avoid at all costs - literally!

AWFUL service and many many hidden costs

AWFUL service and many many hidden costs!

Prime Holidays are meant to contact you several times whilst setting up this holiday, without fail I have had to contact them after waiting days and sometimes weeks for replies and just being ignored. If you don't actively chase them for information you won't be sent it.

On top of that the hidden costs are astronomical. As standard an airport over an hour and a half away from the hotel you're staying at will be chosen and flight times will be things like leaving at 5:30am and it costs as much as what is advertised here to change.

The customer service is rude and you are so so much better off booking it without this, you will end up spending just as much money and not have to deal with chasing other people for critical information.

Extremely unprofessional

I cancelled my booking in writing within the 14-day cooling-off period before any confirmation, itinerary, or ATOL certificate was issued. Despite this, Prime Holidays have not confirmed the cancellation and keep redirecting me back to Wowcher instead of resolving the issue. Communication has been extremely poor, with repeated deflection and no clear confirmation of cancellation or refund.

Bought holiday on wowcher. In order for holiday company to contact you re flights etc, you have to redeem wowcher. Once you have redeemed voucher, wowcher wipe their hands of you and then prime holidays try and refer you back to wowcher. When you call them out on this, they ignore you. Please please do not make the same mistake as us. Currently over £600 down and a ruined anniversary.

Absolutely abysmal! I bought 2 tickets as a Xmas present for flights, accommodation & a tour in Poland for a date in March. Iv constantly been ringing and emailing to no response. Calls - I was promised would be returned and the first time I eventually heard back was last week!

Prime holidays work under Wowcher, they sell you holiday and mini breaks that they can never fulfil the price of. They’ve then blamed Wowcher to me saying they have undersold their deals and that means everyone purchasing via Wowcher will have to pay another fee on top when confirming their booking. Absolutely disgusting company!
They want me to pay a further £140 on top to confirm my booking.
They also implied for this to go ahead they’d want me to leave a positive review on here first!!!
When Iv refused they’ve refused the refund and apparently now due to being over 14days - due to their incompetence in responding! They won’t do anything.
Which I strongly believe they do on purpose to get the 14 days in place.
I have tried speaking with Wowcher - which is next on my list of reviews! But being passed to Prime holidays and then them closing the case saying Wowcher need to deal with it, all whilst I’m still owed £160!
Stay away from any bookings that involve these.
They’re in breach of consumer rights and I’ll be escalating this to the CMA.

Having seen these reviews it also looks like an automatic response that they come back with!

Booked a Wowcher holiday in November with this company the first contact they made was telling me my holiday was no longer available and instead I could book another one for an extra £250+! When I asked for a refund or a holiday for the same value I got ignored and ignored then promise of responses and ignored again. Calling the company did not help all I was told is they can help me over email and respond in 24 hours and when I explained on the phone I had been waiting a week she could only tell me to email. Wowcher have said the refund needs to come from them but they are not responding I am trying to file a court claim but they are very careful to hide there companies details online the the ATOL protection they have is linked to a dissolved company ! Nearly 3 months have passed and they are happy to take money from hard workers before Christmas without caring

Scam company who do nothing to try and…

Scam company who do nothing to try and help the customer constantly ask for extra money claiming what i booked is no longer available when they do try and help with anything they still ask for extra money complete scam do not purchase any breaks from wowcher with this company still awaiting a response for my refund as vouchers have not even been used as I WILL NOT give them any extra money from what I booked.

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY

ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY - AVOID!!!
I booked a trip to Paris through Wowcher for £350. After 2 days i received a phone call from Prime Holidays asking if I would like to upgrade for an additional £80pp. I replied 'no' and then swiftly received an email from Prime Holidays stating that the original deal was no longer available - this is despite the trip booked being 5 months in advance. I contacted the original hotel that was listed on the deal and low and behold they have plenty of vacancies for the standard rooms advertised on the dates I requested. I also checked the flight details that were listed on the original deal and there are plenty seats available to purchase. I emailed Prime Holidays for an explanation as to why the deal was no longer available and they replied with 'contact Wowcher'. I have heard nothing from Prime Holidays and Wowcher since. This company, along with Wowcher, have effectively stolen over £350 from me with absolutely no attempts at a resolution. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Try Phil for the right deal

I was apprehensive after seeing the 1 star reviews but after speaking with Phil, I was left delighted with the package he found for us. Disappointingly it was more expensive than the standard option but putting it into perspective Phil's suggested package made complete sense. We paid for different flights as this enabled us to have an extra day. This meant that we changed hotel but this was a free upgrade and the hotel was much better but still central. I would say to anyone have a look at the options and suggestions before you commit to the initial package.

Beware scam

Beware scam, booked 2 nights in Amsterdam right from the first phone call wanted to charge me an extra £100 per person now a week later there is no seats on the flight and claimed they tried to call me when they didn’t. Don’t waste your money

Despite the begining of the call and my frustrations, it all ended well and my issues were resolved to a somewhat satisfactory outcome.
My operator was polite and offered me a variation of solutions to help my situation and now my city break is booked.

Scammers and fraudulent activity

Do not book. This company is a scam. They fraudulently redeem vouchers without your permission, tell you you'll get a refund and do not fulfill their word. They stop all contact and just hope you drop the matter and take your money. You have been warned.
