I would strongly advise people to be careful before booking a holiday through this company.
I purchased a voucher for an Italy multi-city trip (Rome, Florence, Bologna and Venice) and redeemed it within the required time to secure the advertised price. After redeeming, I was told the standard holiday I paid for was “sold out” and that the only options available were upgraded versions costing more money.
Every alternative offered was more expensive and not the same as what was advertised. Despite this, the exact same holiday deal is still being advertised online at the same price, which is extremely frustrating and misleading as a customer.
When I requested a refund because the advertised holiday could not be provided, I was told to contact the deal website instead of being helped directly. The whole process has been stressful and has felt like I was being pushed into paying extra for something I never agreed to.
At the moment I’m having to escalate the issue to get my money back.
If you are thinking of booking this deal, don’t.
Booked a holiday through Wowcher no one contacted me, after awhile I had to get a contact number from Wowcher.
Once I finally spoke to them, they explained I hadn't been contacted because the person was off sicked. Followed by actually we don't have this holiday at this price for the dates and location you booked it will be an extra £59 per person.
I understand prices fluctuate however, over £100+ more is quite a difference as I explained to which they said well you need to pay the extra. I asked why they still had the offer up being that they can't offer anything close to that, and he said it should of been removed ages ago (yet a month later it's still on Wowcher). Given the approach, I said I will just request a refund and they said you can't and won't get one. Lucky I paid on credit card so was refunded - and little did he know I started recording the call as it was an absolute joke. Didn't actually end up using it as evidence when I requested a refund from my credit provider as they went against consumer rights "stating this was enough".
Didn't hear nothing from them until my card company would have started disputing the payment about 4-weeks later. Then I get HARASSED WITH CALLS and emails to book a holiday that I'd already disputed (EVEN 7AM ON A SUNDAY).
I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly I'd avoid at all cost. The good reviews aren't genuine, and they may have .co.uk website, and look like they are UK registered but they definitely aren't calling from the UK they are on a virtual line you can tell from the connection alone.
This company is a complete scam. In cahoots with Wowcher. I bought a holiday break for my mum and dad's anniversary and called to book. Was told Ben was dealing with it and was not at his desk and someone would call me back. They did not and then informed me as I work away. My tickets are now more expensive they keep trying to get me to pay more money and offer me alternatives for more money. Wowcher have apparently rejected the refund and all I wanted was a credit even to purchase another. They keep saying they haven't been paid and Wowcher have the money. I don't get what's going in n tbh. Stay clear this is a scam. You can get cheaper deals via jet 2 for the same.
Purchased holiday through Wowcher, was given voucher codes and asked to contact prime to confirm booking. Prime sent me my flight times which were terrible and offered better times for about £120, I said I’ll take the original flights but they said they are not available and to go to Wowcher for my refund. I Can only speak with Wowcher via WhatsApp and they keep telling me prime will deal with this but they dont, contact Wowcher again and they fob me off to prime, going round in circles 5 times. This is a con, both companies should be ashamed of themselves , now I’ll go write Wowcher a review before I start a small claims.

still waiting to go on holiday booked for 16/2/2026. 4 weeks later and no response from wowcher on whatsapp.
we booked a 4 night break for 4 adults to fly out on the 16/2/2026 returning 20/2/2026. this was a Porto and Lisbon twin city break. We were then passed on to prime holidays who provided us with details of flights and times that didnt exist with the pretence of extorting more money from us. They then told us we would have to pay an additional £800 more than doubling the cost of what promised. They then offered us alternative destinations with additonal costs. After many emails back and forth we still dont have a holiday booked and no mention of a refund. Prime holidays are a shambles and wowcher should be ashamed of themselves for using a company that like themselves fraudulently takes peoples hard earned money.

Dear Prime Holidays we have emailed you multiple times and you have failed to reply but you persist in calling me and then telling me that the person in charge is busy. I assume there is only one person in that company with the power to deal with this complaint. Should you wish to resolve this, you have my details.

So this company isn't a company but 3 or 4 people that are pretending to be sales people, no management is available to speak to when you complain, and they just talk you into circles. They book hotels hours away from the airport, then offer 0 solution when you realize you will be out of pocket just on the first stretch of your holiday. They are a disgrace, do not use this company. By all means they are just fraudulent scammers!

I booked a trip through Wowcher to Rome with this company and to be able to book flights and accommodation the voucher needed to be redeemed. When I finally spoke to Prime Holidays they stated the flights for the dates chosen were booked out or offered a ridiculous amount to change the flight times for different dates. I tried to get a refund through Wowcher, which they initially advised me to do, however Prime Holidays refused this refund through Wowcher! It’s an absolute scam and now states I have to book a holiday with them and I won’t be able to get my money back.
Do not use this company! They are awful at getting back to you and won’t respond to any of my emails about the complaint. These need to be closed down and I will be going to trading standards about them and Wowcher!

Absolute scam of a company. You get put through to these clowns by Wowcher, completely made up a flight that doesn’t even exist that was so ridiculous I felt I needed to pay £118 to upgrade, it wasn’t until after I looked into further and found the flight they originally offered me doesn’t exist. I questioned Prime about this and was told “it’s now fully booked that’s why you can’t find it”… a 22:30 flight from London to Venice on a Monday night?…. Sure. They then made an error on my flight booking and wanted to charge me £68 to correct it even though they agreed it was their error. Then the hotel they book you in is nightmare fuel, absolute disgusting place, when I looked into it the room they put us in was £25 a night but charged us way more than that, I had to book a separate hotel which obviously cost me more money. And if you want to complain you have no chance, you get put through to a call centre I’m sure is in India and they are completely useless.
Please take all the bad reviews of this company seriously I wish I had looked before I booked my holiday through Wowcher. All the good reviews I’m sure are of the people that work for them directly. And when you have to deal with “Phil” (100% not his real name btw) good luck trying to get any sense out of him. Joke of a company who shouldn’t even be in business. Don’t get a holiday though Wowcher, definitely don’t book a holiday though Prime holidays.

Prime Holidays I can see you have replied to my review with your AI response and still not got back to me after I have sent me information 1000 times. They will lie and gaslight you into thinking they will contact you and refund you this is not true. They will waste your time with no refund. This is the booking reference 51353604 as I have given you countless of times emails WhatsApp calls from your extremely rude customer service you know who I am as I have stated many times. So please don’t believe their response it’s a lie still no response or refund from them.

This is a scam, that I didn’t see coming. I booked a 2 day trip to Venice for £51 per person, two were purchased on Monday 9th March. I did not buy the protect my voucher because at that price there was no way I was missing this opportunity. Immediately after payment, I redeemed the vouchers and the following morning Tuesday 10th, I received an email stating my booking was held for 24hrs. They acknowledged the redemption of the vouchers and they wanted confirmation from me which London airport and hotel I would prefer. Again, I responded swiftly and requested Gatwick and the hotel of my choice. They replied the same day, sharing the Venice package. They booked me for the standard ( London Southend to Venice) and offered the upgraded option ( London Stanstead to Marco Polo) which would cost an extra £59per person. (Notice the wording used). I decided to go ahead with the standard and quickly responded once again confirming so. The following morning I received an email stating the standard was sold out and no longer available BUT, if I still wish to proceed I can pay the upgraded package at £59 per person. I declined requesting a refund, which they said can be actioned by wowcher. Whilst I’m trying to find a way in contacting wowcher I noticed wowcher was still advertising the same deal and as I’m typing this review right now, Friday 13th of March at 23:23, that deal is still active. And you want to try and convince me this isn’t a scam??!!!. If the offer is no longer available and sold out, why is it still being advertised? Now back to wowcher, I reported this incident to them directly on Wednesday 11th via WhatsApp as that is the only way to communicate with them and they eventually responded claiming someone will contact me within 24hrs, Again, it’s now Friday and nothing back so I submitted a indemnity claim via my bank and they will refund the money back usually with 48hrs. I’m not wasting my time going back and forth with these companies. Prime Holidays you tried me but you will never get that opportunity again and don’t even bother comment on my post, ain’t no one trying to hear your AI response.

got a wowcher to use threw them to Poland I would not recommend this company at all they try to up sell you the cheap flight would have landed at 2am and then a two hr trip to hotel so they up sold us an earlier flight to save you losing a day in just travel to hotel. the deal also included a trip to AUSCHWITZ the people who did the trip emailed the company to say the time had changed but the travel company never told us . we also had booked threw them a taxi to and from the hotel which never showed up when we tried to contact the taxi company with the numbers the travel company gave we had no answer and the reply we got from them was we would have to make our own way to the hotel

Prior to booking a trip to Amsterdam for 3 people via Wowcher, I went and checked with Prime Holidays to see if they accepted a 3 person booking, as the hotel has Triple rooms. They said it was fine. After purchasing the 3 Wowchers, and they confirmed via email that the booking was accepted. They were only willing to discuss flight details over the phone and not provide any travel details via email where they offered flights that where at unsociable hours (which was fine as expected with the price advertised). They then asked to confirm passenger details, again not revealing travel details. But they only asked for 2 person details instead of 3 via email correspondance. Contacted them once again over the phone, they said, this offer is only available for 2 people (intially they said 3 people were accepted), and they tried to fob alternative flights at additional extra surcharge of 2x the value of the Wowcher vouchers per person, they tried to offer other destinations but said I needed to pay additional extra surcharge 1x the value of the Wowcher vouchers to get any confirmation booking. I told the PRIME HOLIDAYS, its cheaper to by 4 Wowchers vouchers and only 3 people travel, as I told them the cheap offers were still available at other dates. Then PRIME HOLIDAYS, said Wowcher is wrong, and advertised the prices incorrectly (Does this mean they are confirming PRIME HOLIDAYS are false advertising holidays that do not exist? Personally this is a total scam and will take this up with the Ombudsman, as they are selling packages they cannot offer!

Please think twice before booking. I bought a wowcher and when I redeemed it, they initially offered me options but I needed to speak with my friend to check dates. When I came back, there was only one option and the price had gone up. Feeling forced to pay for it, I paid an additional £218 pounds. They were quick to ask me to 'confirm' which is where you are in a contract with them. Then send confirmation of the money. Once you pay, they stop communicating. On contacting them several times, I finally received the flights bit the accommodation was a holding place. To date ( 6 weeks later) I have still not received the trip details or confirmation. I then went back asking if there was any other dates at all due to my friend struggling with the date and the found another one then next day but for and additional £299 - this is because all changes come with a cost. You also have to pay for bags. It would have been cheaper to book through a trusted provider such as TUI or Jet2 ... I am trying to get a refund as I don't trust them at all. They won't escalate my complaint and wowcher will do nothing once the wowcher is redeemed. Please do not waste your time,

If i could give no star i would just stay away from Prime Holidays and Wowcher customer service is terrible they pass you from one side to other they care about money not customers not transparent at all you find out details about trips after you redeem and if you redeem they say you cant get a refund but its stupid initial booking the hotel had bed bugs review the flights were very bad they give you option to pay extra thats how they get you so £170 city break can be £400 or more i emailed multiple times no one answered i refuse to pay extra and to get scammed this company should not exist please do not use them or Wowcher with your hard earned money
