Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star review. Whilst the prints were beautiful, the delivery rapid and customer service responsive, both wallpapers I bought were fundamentally flawed to the point we couldn’t use them.

The first “summer tales” pattern was misaligned on every roll. We couldn’t hang it for this reason. We were given a full refund. They offered to re-dispatch instead but we had to pay $354 customs for delivery to Australia (not advertised on purchase) and we would have incurred a second customs fee.

The second paper was a large whale mural. Again the panels were misaligned so they don’t match when hung. The panels had also been cut so that there was a thin white line running down the edge of the dark blue paper. When hung the whale now has white stripes running through it. This was not due to incorrect hanging. I await to hear whether we will be refunded for this also. Unfortunately we won’t get the customs fee refunded so we are $354 with no useable wallpaper. Such a disappointment.

The colours are a lot different from the website. Definitely not as bright. Very dull in real life. The packing wasn’t great as the poster were folded rather than rolled so I had to try iron out the creases.
Also on one of the prints there looks to be printer streak marks on the image.

Website is easy to use. All as described, production and delivery were as estimated the website.

Wasn’t that happy with the paper quality and the picture itself didn’t line up properly. Happy with the actual picture, that looks good and delivery was fast. Overall it was an expensive experience

Wow! My husband and I are extremely impressed with Photo Wall. We chose a jungle theme for our first baby’s nursery, covering one full wall, and it looks absolutely incredible. We went with the stick & peel option and found it surprisingly easy to apply. Everyone who sees it comments on how amazing it looks! The quality is fantastic, shipping was super fast, and the customer service was excellent. We’ll definitely be purchasing from you again in the future.

Love the ready size cut outs just right for my space & so easy to install and it looks amazing!! Shipping was really quick so didn't take long until I was able to install after ordering.

For the price of it, I was very disappointed with the thickness of the wall paper. Unfortunately, unless it is put on perfect walls, it shows up any imperfections underneath. I followed the instructions provided, but, there were also parts that showed the glue underneath, and didn’t smooth out.

Our mural wallpaper arrived within days. The quality of our wallpaper (premium matte) was superior to other wallpapers we have tried from other providers. Photowall's installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The end result is a beautiful artwork on our wall, which has transformed the space.

The murals are lovely and the buying experience and shipping was great. We chose peel and stick for convenience but found that even with a professional installation (on mirrored built in robes, which we have done before with regular wallpaper) it was difficult to get the installation right and adjust the wallpaper to correct mistakes - meaning some parts are a bit uneven, have wrinkles etc. Would choose the regular type of wallpaper that uses glue in future, for ease of application and ability to adjust as you go - but would use photowall again.

Quick delivery, top quality and easy to apply. My first try at wallpapering and I’m thrilled with the result. The instructions were easy to follow and the application kit tools were really useful.

Absolutely useless. The panels did not stick onto the wall and constantly peel off. I think the best place for this product is in the waste paper bin.

All necessary things were provided and dispatch from the company did seem fast enough. However I did laugh that delivery tracking took a long time as on several occasions the package went in the wrong direction. Like from Sweden to Denmark to Amsterdam then back to Denmark before going to Hong Kong. And countless depots within only kms from each other within Melbourne. Perhaps that was just the flaws of the tracking app?
