Informative and polite listening service
Having been treated with disinterest by another company who had provided insurance for us over two decades I shopped around. Lloyds were one of six companies approached. They listened and provided clear options for future cover. The bronze silver gold grades of insurance were discussed. Silver met our needs at £130 cheaper than our previous insurer. I have been impressed with the supportive and articulate service. Hopefully this new arrangement will be fruitful in years to come. My previous company showed. I interest in negotiating a huge rise in payment this year. I recommend a chat with Lloyds.
