Couldn’t have asked for anymore
Sharon who led the inspection team , visited my ageing parents and was from the very start ,understanding ,caring and keen to get things sorted.
My parents suffered a leak in their utility room . Saga use AXA for leak emergency work who were poor . Takes them ages to answer the phone and I’m talking nearly an hour each time . They don’t follow up and some of the teams they use are very slow .
However when it comes to the work to deal with putting back the house Saga use Lloyds . They have been great .
Sharon Downs , turned everything round once she became involved . She visited , noted everything down and then arranged for work to be done fitted round my parents who are 94 and 91 .
Nothing was too much trouble , and whilst things have taken a while to be sorted , Sharon has made sure very thing is sorted and done in a way that best worked round my parents . The work teams they used have all been really good .
