Thank you to Ven who helped us creating our unique wall mural. We love it!!!! The paper was of an excellent quality and easy to put up.

Frustrating that the wallpaper isn't pre-cut into panels - but instead comes on one continuous roll. Also seams are visible between wallpaper panels, which isn't great. But overall - i like the product I ordered.

Very disappointing experience with Photowall, particularly with their customer service.

I ordered a wall mural and one of the panels had a visible paint mark on it. I contacted customer service to report the issue and expected the concern to be handled professionally.

Instead, the response I received insinuated that the mark must have occurred during installation and therefore was likely my fault. I found that extremely dismissive. I know how the mural was handled, and I would not have raised the issue if I believed the damage had been caused during installation.

They initially offered to send a replacement panel, but the mural was already installed, so replacing one section would mean removing an installed panel and potentially affecting the surrounding pieces. They then offered a 15% partial refund.

While I appreciate that they ultimately offered some compensation, the most disappointing part of the experience was the way the issue was handled from the outset. Rather than first considering that the panel could have arrived defective, the response immediately shifted responsibility back onto me.

For a premium-priced mural, I expected better quality control and much better after-sales service. The mural itself is beautiful overall, but the customer service experience left a very negative impression.

Placed order on the 16th September, shocked that it arrived in two days, loved the mural exactly as shown on website, easy to put up, I found it easier to paste the wallpaper rather than the wall. The quality of the paper was very good. Will definitely be ordering again. Excellent service.

I have bought a number of wallpaper murals in the last few months. The service is brilliant and the items are good quality and look fantastic.

Rather than attempt to paint a limewash wall by hand, I chose to use a mural of a limewash, and it doesn’t look good at all. The paper joints are visible and looks like a papered wall. The quality of the paper was very good, I chose badly I think.
