I was skeptical to place an order because it seemed expensive and ordering custom pieces means no way to return or get your money back. But ultimately, this was the mural I wanted in our nursery and I pulled the trigger. I'm so happy I did! Ordering was simple, delivery was quick and I was pleased to see it came in pre-cut strips. The material feels high quality and did a great job masking small imperfections in the wall. The instructions included had some helpful tips on a smooth installation and it was really a very simple process for such excellent results. I've been recommending this company to anyone looking to do a mural wall in their home or nursery. It was a fantastic experience!

They informed me the timeline for the mural being printed, cut and posted. The mural was wrapped appropriately to avoid and delivery damages. I can recommend this company. I have had no issues

This wall mural is amazing! It's simply breathtakingly lovely! I ordered the classic wallpaper, and hanging and matching each piece was a breeze. The rolls do alternate but are numbered, which is fantastic, so it's imperative to read the hanging instructions. When applying the paper to the wall, it is easy to work with and of excellent quality. Fortunately, it was also a lifesaver to have an artist mother who painted the cold air return to precisely match the wall mural.

Incredible company. I forgot to put in a discount code at checkout. I emailed asking if they’d remedy that for me and they did. The wallpaper arrived promptly and was gorgeous. It was so easy to install. Would buy again.

The paper seems to be of good quality and was easy to install. The panels are labeled well and the instructions are easy to follow.

Peel and stick didn’t work…. Nowhere I looked on their website said this wallpaper wouldn’t work for “orange peel” walls. Fast forward to contacting them and answering ALL their questions…. Lo and behold their website suddenly has “orange peel doesn’t work with this wallpaper” on one part of their website. I’m not going to go digging through every page to confirm the wallpaper type I need… I’m going to check one or two places. No refund offered. Instead they offered 50% off another order. I spent nearly $800 on this. Not looking to spend another dime fixing a mistake that was due to the lack of detail on their website initially. Very disappointed and highly recommend looking elsewhere. It seems all their responses here blame the customer, and I have yet to see one place where they take responsibility.

I had the most POSITIVE experience with Wallpaper mural. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and material and crop of the wallpaper I wanted. I called them and they helped me get refunded and order exactly what I needed. In addition, I had very specific requests on how the mural would fit around two small windows on my wall and they helped customize the paper's cropping to the exact dimensions of my wall. The person who helped install the mural also commented on how high quality the paper was. I would not go anywhere else for my wallpaper needs.

We have a short wall off our dining room that we wanted to enhance and took some time to find the right mural. We found a few here and settled on this one as the best option. It is the self-stick vinyl depicting a scene that mimics a painting we have in our bedroom right off this hallway. We ordered samples first and they came quickly. We then measured according to the site instructions and ordered the final mural. It also came in a timely fashion. We then waited one month as we had painted the wall itself and it needed to cure. It only took us about two hours to install the panels and you can see the result in our photo. (We have not reinstalled the light switch plate as we are picking up a gray one to look like the overall tones in the mural.) All in all we are happy with this experience. I do want to say that I sent this company two emails and never got a reply, which was disappointing. However, the price, the selection, the quality and the shipping were good.

Really impressed with the service from Wallpaper Mural, in particular Charlie.
Firstly, the ordering process was really straight-forward and it was easy to visualise the exact mural based on dimensions. My order was processed quickly and arrived within a couple days, though was unfortunately damaged in transit by the courier (looked like they'd stamped on the box).
I contacted by email and literally within 5 minutes, Charlie had responded and arranged a replacement which was expedited. Absolutely excellent service, really impressed with the quality of the mural and included instructions. 5*!

I’ve had a great experience with Wallpaper Mural. I had an issue with the delivery through UPS, so I sent them an email. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quick response from a real person (most of the time it’s just a robot!), and the issue was resolved within two days.

When my package arrived, I noticed they had handwritten my name on it, which I thought was such a lovely personal touch.

The wallpaper itself was absolutely beautiful and very easy to apply. I did everything on my own and never struggled. The final result exceeded my expectations—I couldn’t be happier.

Another big plus is that you can order a mural in the exact size you need. That was perfect for my project because I didn’t need a large amount.
