Easy, seamless, no-cost- to-me solution to assure electronic devices are recycled appropriately and even gave me a few $$ back. I appreciate the updates at each step so I always knew what’s next.

Phobio did not pay
I have waited for two months to receive my trade in credit after they received my tablet and verified the credit I would receive. I still do not have it. I have contacted Phobio 4 times now and they will not respond to me. I will report this to Costco.com now since that is where I initiated this transaction. Do not trust this company

Easy to complete
Easy to complete, was able to go through Costco and was sent a shop card for the amount listed prior to sending my device. Phobio made it easy to track progress of the process.
