Helpful and friendly service

Helpful and friendly service. Thorough assessment prior to vaccination and prescribing of medication.
The only minor blip was that the pharmacy were not expecting us but we didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

Excellent!

I took my two daughters to get their chicken pox vaccines. The pharmacist was very kind and patient with them as they were quite frightened. She explained everything to them and they felt comfortable for her to vaccinate them, thank you!

Waste of appointment

We booked an appointment, received confirmation on the same day and a text as well as an email the day before the appointment. Got to the pharmacy in Northampton who said the camera was broken and they had no idea of our appointment. They then called customer services who took my mobile number to call me back. Waited in my car for about 20 minutes am but had no call back. Took the morning off work to take my daughter to this appointment. What a waste of my morning not to talk about my A/L.

It appears the appointment was in fact valid, the the pharmacy in question failed to acknowledge the booking.

Our system is designed to send out a vaccination confirmation and receipt upon completion of the consultation, the same is sent to the pharmacy with whom the appointment has been booked. In this particular instance there was some miscommunication internally within the pharmacy which led to your situation.

10/10 service for vaccines when i used them in September 2020

to whom it may concern,

fast, flexible, professional service at the going rate !

I was booked in for 28th September 2020 for my yellow fever I was busy on the 28th they changed to the 29th free of charge

Highley recommended service with competitive market rates - pricing !

My original appointment did not go…

My original appointment did not go ahead on time as the doctor was on Holiday on the day of my appointment. I only found this out after I travelled to the Pharmacy.
Secondly, after my treatment had been paid for, my receipt that was emailed to me from PharmaVaccs was incorrect by £10.00.
If I was to use this service again I would ring the Pharmacy to confirm my time and date of booking.

The appointment was in fact valid, but unfortunately the pharmacy in question failed to inform you of a change in their circumstances by updating your details in the system

Our system is designed to send out an automatic email when there is a change in the booking, and also upon completion of the vaccination. If however the invoice amount is incorrect we can arrange to send out an revised invoice copy.

They don’t book appointments which…

They don’t book appointments which means you have to stand around waiting in the pharmacy with other customers.

Didn’t get the email confirmation for medical records to confirm the vaccination as agreed. Even leaving it for 2-3 days I chased it by calling them & it’s been a week & still not received it.

Poor overall experience for a £35 vaccination
Won’t be attending here again

Bad Service

Went to Newington Pharmacy in Hull East Yorkshire for Tetanus injections that I needed for a green card application. I paid privately because I needed the paperwork for the application. They said I would receive all the paperwork I required to prove I had the vaccination for my application within 2 hours. 2 days later no paperwork and have tried calling the chemist 50 times once on the phone for 1 hour. This morning 9:00 someone answered and immediately put the phone down on me without answering although heard a ladies voice in the background. I have also emailed them no reply. Would not use this service again.
