Hvis man kunne give mindre end én stjerne så gjorde jeg det. Den værste kundeservice jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Jeg oprettet en sag hos dem omkring manglende indberetning af feriepenge 20/8 og den er stadig ikke løst. Enten så svare de ikke og ellers bliver jeg holdt hen med: vi kigger på det, vi er på sagen, jeg kan ikke hjælpe men finder lige en der kan, forstår ikke spørgsmålet, du skal ringe til SKAT osv.
Jeg aner simpelthen ikke hvad jeg skal gøre og mine medarbejdere mangler deres feriepenge.

Vi har brugt Pento i lang tid, og det har altid virket rigtig godt. De er EKSTREMT hjælpsomme i deres kundeservice, og strækker sig langt for at hjælpe en. Jeg kan varmt anbefale Pento.

Generally a really nice bit of software, takes a lot of the challenge out of managing payroll i.e. integration with the HR system and handling payments.

We did have some feature requests when we initially started and they rose to the challenge and have made the fixes/changes to the platform. They have also not rested on their laurels and the platform continues to evolve adding more and more things to make ours and our employee lives easier.

We're a startup in Norway who just got some employees in Denmark. Quite frankly, I wasn't particularly excited about handling salary payment including tax etc in a different country. But with Pento, this went like a breeze. Let the employees handle their own details, tax card is extracted from the government automatically and everything else is like having local employees.

Couldn't recommend it more. Hope you expand to even more countries soon!

I can only recommend Pento as it works seamlessly for my business NettoFoder.dk. Managing a small number of employees (4 in my case) can be troublesome and frustrating with all the same deadlines and obligations as if you had 40. But Pento makes the management much easier and the few times I have needed help (due to my own mistakes) they have been fast, helpful and professional. Five big stars and an unconditional recommendation from me.
